You’re correct. Hamilton County calls probation “Community Control” the judge that sentenced the other judge was my judge. I also got community control for 5 years. With 174 days credited served. NOW it’s been expunged and I have no record for the first time in 11 years.

In 1995, I was sentenced to 5 years in prison for cultivating Marijuana. I remember feeling so devastated. I thought 5 years was a lifetime.
