      Most sentences have some light at end of tunnel if you stick to your self work in prison try keep your head down a life sentence or Death row is a hole other beast to come to terms with because no possible release date and that has to be a dark place mentally

      Hearing that from the judge would be hard to swallow, however, I dontb see how these judges sleep at night knowing no matter the crime that there breaking GODS LAW which is of the utmost importance to myself. im just glad im not on that bench to condemn. Ironically the judge is "forfeiting" there chance to everlasting life. Another great video Josh!

      The well of bullshit "it's not my fault" delusions, excuses, lies people can tell themselves to dodge reality is very very deep. There exist a set of people that; regardless of the atrocity they have committed against another innocent human they find a way to make it that persons fault. think of the lines "they got their feelings hurt" or "it's their fault they were assaulted they were wearing..."

    That dude that was sentenced to multiple life sentences murdered his ex, chopped up their 9 year old daughter and set fire to their 7 year old son, who survived. Unbelievable! What a freaking monster.

    The O'Neal case (dude with the f*cked up hair), my nephew was one of the firefighters who arrived on scene.
    O'Neal shot his girlfriend to death, hacked his 9 yr old daughter to death and stabbed his 8 year old son then set fire to the house.
    My nephew recounted on the stand how he had to crawl through a river of blood in the blazing house as he searched for possible victims and survivors.
    He should have gotten the death penalty.

Because then he has the time to seek God, see the right and wrong and all that he's done - then take the time to get forgiveness and go to heaven after all that. When his family members whose life for cut short before having a chance to do that, may or may not go to heaven. Depends on how you look at it.
      So as you can see, it's always better to get life rather than death

    The clip of the woman being dragged was an Ohio judge that got sentenced to six months for corruption. Her arrogance absolutely angered me. The judge gave her an opportunity to speak and she said she waved it and then when the judge was starting to sentence she just stands up and starts giving a statement. The judge simply said “what are you doing? You waved that privilege.” She really thought she was above the law. The whole thing was ridiculous.

She was convicted of “a fourth-degree felony for having an unlawful interest in a public contract” for helping her brother have access to confidential documents. She’s appealing to the Ohio Supreme Court in attempt to get her law license back as it has been suspended indefinitely.

And then to actually be dragged away instead of walking out. She truly doesn’t think the law apply to her. She should be grateful she only got 6 months.

    The lady who had to be Dragged through the courtroom. She used to be a judge and she was put on trial for violating rights, I believe. She Thought she was above the law and then acted like a child when she got drug out of the courtroom.

    In 1995, I was sentenced to 5 years in prison for cultivating Marijuana. I remember feeling so devastated. I thought 5 years was a lifetime.

    You’re correct. Hamilton County calls probation “Community Control” the judge that sentenced the other judge was my judge. I also got community control for 5 years. With 174 days credited served. NOW it’s been expunged and I have no record for the first time in 11 years.

    After the guy with the hairdo serves three full life sentences without the chance of parole he gets to begin to serve the first of four 30 year sentences plus more.

    The first clip is one of the defendants that set up and kill an ex-informat somewhere in Georgia. The victim was a white man and the defendants were a black known gang member. The victim was beaten, tortured, brutally violated and killed execution style. Those guys were sick!!

    Sheeeeesh! Sentencing like that is no joke. Counting my blessings my best friend was facing 15 years, felony and violating parole, and got let out no parole nothing he got a second chance and he got put in rehab as of last week.
