As a renderer, Vantage is far superior than UE.
While UE is a rasterizer with the add of some raytraced processes (aka game engine), Vantage is a pure bidirectional pathtracer.
You can see the difference in the contact shadows, the GI quality, the caustics structure, etc... and the image flavour itself, Vantage looks exactly like Vray or Corona.
