In today's episode we are going to talk about the fastest render engine in the world- Chaos Vantage. in this episode I'm going to show you how Vantage is working and how to make renders that render fast.
Thanks for the video ! Just curious: does Vantage work fine with animated elements (characters, objects, textures,...), particle system such as Tyflow and vegetation (forest pack for instance) ?
Vantage is a game changer. Making frequent changes for clients is not a hassle anymore and to be honest the quality is comparable to vray. In fact, some images are made better in vantage. Vray takes too long to render. So a quality difference of 5% only with render time difference of 1000% is unbelievably amazing. Vantage is awesome. Vray for just the final image maybe but process images and different iterations definitely should be made with vantage.
you are right Vantage si amazing tool to bad that is so expensive and you need to pay for 2 licenses Vray and Vantage. :(
@@3d-corner yes that's the only drawback. otherwise only vantage could be used too. I mean it gets the job done. you can do stills as well as animations. GPU based rendering is the future.
Unbelievably cool this it takes so much load if the cpu the current render setup in vray & corona, i have a 4060 and because vray it really clogs up everything and i have ProArt motherboard and good cpu. With vantage using gpu its removed all that load and i can keep it running smoothly
The biggest downside of Chaos Vantage is that it's as expensive as V-Ray itself. They could have at least offered discounts for users that already own the V-Ray package. :( In my opinion, it's too expensive at the current price. The V-Ray GPU engine inside V-Ray can already do all that Vantage can and more at similar speeds, if you use the Intel or Nvidia denoisers. And you don't need to export anything or adapt to a different workflow.
In the beging it was like that, you could get for free the Vantage but now is way to expensive .
Have heard of Chaos Envision?
@@Dwj9584 No but I will check it out. :)
🙏🏼
🙏 thanks
Salut. Acest program este pentru a edita imadinile sau este program de randare? Multumesc.
render program.
Hi there! I've been using Vantage and I love the high speed. However, I've found and issue. I start with a Corona scene and convert it to Vray. Then, I use livelink and work on the textures that didn't convert the way I like it. When I render, everything goes fine, except for the lights, which are flickering in the mirrors. What can I do to solve this?
I explain in the video on how to increase the quality of the render.:)
Why do you have light leaking through the ceiling?
Did you watch the video where I made this scene? Just watch it and you will see that there is no tracking light .:)
let's do one for unreal!!
You need to do it because I can't!:D 😭
Just suck that is is $90 a month
Way too much in my opinion.: 😕
download cr*ck
It's no matter how fast it is if it's just inconvenient.
For me it matters a lot how fast is the render . :)
@@3d-corner then I would look at something like Redshift. This one at least not stand-alone app, and don't need any transfers, convertations and other inconvenient and unnecessary stuff.
@@antonvoloshin9833 But when most of the assets for archviz are in v-ray and corona, the best tool for animations really is chaos vantage. Otherwise, with Redshift you will be dealing with conversions ;)
