You can have any, except that if you get a PNG, you have to create the animation in software like Photoshop or After Effects.

What type computer you recommend for exterior animation renders

Despite real-time software, there is no justification for using CPU to render animation, and in my opinion, it is better to use GPU-based software for rendering animation, such as Vantage, Lumion, D5, UE.
