Here is a suggestion for lunch or dinner from my country😁: サウジアラビアのカブサ Saudi Kabsa (Chicken with rice) *Saudi Kabsa* *Ingredients*: - 1 chicken, cut into pieces - 2 onions, finely chopped - 2 cloves of garlic - Ground tomatoes - 1 tablespoon tomato paste - Salt - Coriander + cumin + mixed spices - Chili pepper 🌶️ - 1 cup of washed rice *Method*: 1. In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of butter + 2 tablespoons of oil. 2. Add the onions and garlic and sauté them. 3. Then, add the chicken and stir well. 4. Add all the spices and stir thoroughly. 5. Add the tomato paste and sauté with the mixture. 6. Then, add the ground tomatoes and let it cook for a little while. 7. Add 3 cups of hot water and let the mixture cook until the chicken is done. 8. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and place it on an oven tray. Brush it with oil and put it in the oven to brown. 9. To the remaining mixture in the pot, add the rice and let it cook. 10. When the rice is almost done, place small pieces of butter on top and cover the pot for a short while. 11. I've tasted coffee of different tastes at my friends', who use coffee machines.
Sometimes I like it. But usually I like my own (no machine) coffee more.
I think a coffee machine may be good when one is short on time...
