I love that you're trying different foods from different countries! Your knife skills are improving-if I could suggest though, try holding your knife by pinching the blade where it joins the handle with your thumb and index finger-instead of putting your index finger on the back of the blade. If you hold it by pinching your fingers together with your index finger curled down instead of extended, you'll have much more control over the knife. Great new hairstyle too!
