Hello again. I have many thoughts when I watch your videos. One is that you are introducing us to the photographer bit by bit. I got into watching classic movies from the 1920's through the 50's. Many are on google and the movie technology in early last century through half of it was amazing. I like them way better than action, smash-'em pictures. Then your food is fun to watch for us foodies. The technique of adding water to the frying pan when making fried eggs and then covering them for a few minutes is new to me. I must try it sometime. Plus you make me want to eat with chopsticks. I guess I need sticky rice also. Looking forward to 100,000 subscribers.
