This was a great change in video style. That's what reviewers need to bring to the game. New scents r so redundant as you and I have discussed in comments a few weeks ago that it kind of transfers to redundant review videos as well. Omar, you are tapping untouched territory with this fragrance layering video. I absolutely love these kinds of videos!! I highly recommend you do a tutorial on how to layer fragrances properly. I just tried Sauvage and Ultra Male, and my reaction was the same. Opening was fantastic. Dry down seems a little bit strange. Not terrible, but I’d rather wear them separately
Sauvage is worn so much by so many I want something unique. I'd rather try mixing Sauvage with something other than just wearing it regular anymore. I will try the combo suggested & other colognes with Sauvage now just to experiment. Sauvage is so out of date imo (and over rated) and become such the standard for so many men to wear that it's lost getting compliments anymore sadly

YSL L'Homme and Glen Perri's Unpredictable caught the attention of like 3 of my crushes throughout life, and has gotten me pretty much endless compliments. Beautiful combination of clean (from Unpredictable) and gorgeous ginger (from YSL L'HOMME). Mediocre performance, but what it does in the window of allotted time is elite tier. Perfect for the gym, or actually pretty much any time of the day or year. I usually dont share this secret, but y'all deserve it🙏🏻 Oh and because of the fact that they're both EDT's and rather medium level performance, I spray about 4-6 sprits from YSL 'L'HOMME ( Front and behind neck, wrist, and 2 on each pectorial muscle/chest area) and about 3/4 sprits from Unpredictable, but can be adjusted to your liking:)

Nah you're on point with that one man, something strong and woody with something musky and leathery and top it off with something sweet or spicy 🔥 That's exactly what I'll try tomorrow 🤘🏼
I layer Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb with Wanted by Night from Azzaro. These two fragrances compliment each other quite nicely, it’s a warm spicy scent that I’d wear during the colder months for a night out.
Great vid. You should do more of these (more than just one more, I mean)! Nobody really does much on layering around here tbh. If you do more, give Invictus Victory layered with Dior Homme Cologne a try. It's good!

Mercedes club black is great for layering because the vanilla is very prominent. Try it with la nuit de lhomme or even with bleu electric and let the world know. Its amazing
My personal favorite is Louis Vuiton's L'immensite with Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino. The ginger defiantly leads, but the citrus and floral notes blend together so amazingly in the mid notes. Complex and fresh. It's great for these hot summer days.

There are so many suggestions in the comments, you can make a part 2! Try Bvlgari Man in Black layered with Paco Rabanne 1 Million Lucky! It's a stunner!
I don't 'layer' per se, but I'll sometimes put a very strong scent on my wrists (to attract attention) and then spray an intimate around the neck. That way, its really easy to wash off the strong scent in the bathroom, if needed (after you've attracted the attention)....but a faint remnant will usually remain.

Creed Royal Oud, & on top of it, spray Mercedes Club Black extreme. And for bonus points, underneath both of these set a base scent with Molecule 01 first
Love the concept. I hear that the best way to layer is to spray one scent say on you Jugular and the other scent like on your collarbone for example. Also, a good concept will be if scent are truly back-up bottle worth and if so, what are your recommendations.
I own YSL M7 Oud Absolu and Guerlain L'Homme Ideal EDP. Both are sweet. M7 is syroupy and oud, while LHI is a cherry vanilla bomb. I have a feeling they will layer pretty well. I'll maybe combine my Prada Carbon with Givenchy Gentleman Boiseé, but doubt it will end up smelling nice. I Donno why, maybe I'm wrong? Will try tomorrow. If you guys own these four I do, why not try it? What do you think, Omar?
Actually when I was trying different juices I thought I was crazy. Blue De Channel Perfume + BR540 Extrait, Bently Men Intense + Zara Vibrant Leather, most of the time I try to mix with the same kind of notes.
Dior Sauvage+Bleu Electrique or The Most Wanted+Mercedes Benz Club Black for nights, Bleu de Chanel EDP+Y EDT or CDNIM Limited Edition+Bleu Electrique days. Some sound weird or overly strong but when timed right work amazing.
Really enjoyed this video and reading the suggestions in the comments section. I just tried mercedes club black with bleu electrique and really liking it. My suggestion would be mercedes club black with creed aventus.
I actually buy empty decant bottles just to mess around and combine fragrances. My last couple decants I blended were Spicebomb Fresh & A*men Kryptomint the other was Happyland Gerannabis and Mancera Cedrat Boise
Great suggestion but I'd pick just using English Leather by Dana over using the Tom Ford Ombre leather. The Ombre imho is way to over powering while English Leather fits just as well imo for A LOT cheaper bargain price.
2 cheap frags that gives a nice oriental vanilla spice boucheron Jaipur homme and Mercedes Benz club black. Tried it by chance to bring something out of both. The Benz black is to synthetic vanilla syrup alone for me. The Oriental spice boucheron was a bit incense by itself but does have a nice dry down. Together the 2 cheapies are much better IMO. Haven't mixed any of my higher prices scents yet as they usually smell great alone. 1 shot Benz vanilla base 2 shots boucheron Oriental spice
What is your opinion on the difference between layering and what I'll call combo-spraying? Like, for instance, if instead of layering you had spritzed some Terre d'Hermes on either side of the neck and the Grand Soir at the collar bone, in close proximity, the scents interacting as they "waft" without actually blending on the surface of your skin? Or perhaps some Terre d'Hermes on the wrists but a touch of Grand Soir on the shirt sleeve above the wrists. How would the effect differ from ouright layering? (Or one scent at the collar bone and the other on the chest under your shirt.)
My all time favorite is on my left arm I spray two sprays of early formulation Bleu de Chanel EDT and then on top of that I spray 2 sprays of Armani Code Sport. Then, on my right arm I spray 2 sprays of Gucci Envy for men. (Yes, I stockpiled my fragrances so I can splurge like this :P )
Encre noire + spicebomb extreme + Eros edp = da real, triple stage, bomb. Many, especially sweeter, fragrances are elevated by the deep and rich encre noire.
Hmm, now I'm wondering if layering two compatible but individually poor-performing fragrances might create a scent with improved performance. Well, what do I have to lose? Thanks for the inspiration.
Really cool layering suggestion, I been using it since I was a kid. Water + Soap

I came up with one, and I had to " Angel Share it," so yeah, that and TF Tobacco Vanille OMG 😲 😭 SO GOOD!!!
Give me a shout-out if you use it
Actually when I was trying different juices I thought I was crazy. Blue De Channel Perfume + BR540 Extrait, Bently Men Intense + Zara Vibrant Leather, most of the time I try to mix with the same kind of notes.
Wow. I have been trying this long time. It definitely creates a unique smell
Club de nuit intense and Mont Blanc explorer is my signature 👀
Also spicebomb extreme isn’t discontinued? For example you can get it at macys in the US
You have to try doing Bond n9 Signature as a base and layer it with Michael Malul Jet Black Reserve 😍 it works so well and smells smooth!
Kiehls Musk + Tom Ford Cafe Rose. It is very very nice. Alternatively sub the musk for Aramis (Though I must warn you, that is wayyyy stronger!)
My favorite video so far. Great idea and something nobody is really doing.
Thanks Matt!
Tre' Nuit and black orchid!! Please. Believe me! Oxford blue layered with crown from English laundry... banger!!
I actually buy empty decant bottles just to mess around and combine fragrances. My last couple decants I blended were Spicebomb Fresh & A*men Kryptomint the other was Happyland Gerannabis and Mancera Cedrat Boise
Super interesting concept, my parents used to think I was insane for experimenting with spraying two fragrances on when I was younger hahaha
You were ahead of everyone else!
Commenting to support the channel! Keep it up with these creative video’s Omar ;-)
Thanks George!
Also, Boss Bottled Night + Moschino Toy Boy
Angel man the original by mugler, mixed with CK, shock , unique awesome smell just try it 👍
i've layered sauvage edt with coach, and also individuel with london. and ck shock with dark rebel.
Yes!!!!!! We need these type of videos
Elysium by Roja Parfums &Tom Ford Oud Wood!! It's good all the way through not just in the opening 💯
I'm going to to try this
Moschino Toyboy and Tom Ford Ombre leather. Potent but killer combo.
I use two of my favourite oud fragrances: amouage man first(since it's heavier) and then, Tom Ford Oud wood. What do you think?
What is your opinion on the difference between layering and what I'll call combo-spraying? Like, for instance, if instead of layering you had spritzed some Terre d'Hermes on either side of the neck and the Grand Soir at the collar bone, in close proximity, the scents interacting as they "waft" without actually blending on the surface of your skin? Or perhaps some Terre d'Hermes on the wrists but a touch of Grand Soir on the shirt sleeve above the wrists. How would the effect differ from ouright layering? (Or one scent at the collar bone and the other on the chest under your shirt.)
I'd be interested in this reply as well...
Me too!
Nice video, Omar! I’m going to try Grand Soir/Terre D’ Hermès and Ombre Leather/CH Prive.
Thanks mate, enjoy!
Nice!
Encre noire + spicebomb extreme + Eros edp = da real, triple stage, bomb.
Many, especially sweeter, fragrances are elevated by the deep and rich encre noire.
Try LNDL w/ YSL Y EDP, I’ve gotten compliments with the mix !!
I’ve seen a lot of people say Spicebomb Extreme is discontinued. But it’s still available on their website?!
Hmm, now I'm wondering if layering two compatible but individually poor-performing fragrances might create a scent with improved performance. Well, what do I have to lose? Thanks for the inspiration.
You need a booster fragrance with either Ambroxan, or vanilla.
