I was driving around scouting for car washes to acquire, as I do, and I came across this interesting car wash. I don't believe I've seen one quite like this so I had to share it with you guys. Enjoy

You should check out the self-service washes I have collected so far. There were some weird places I even came across! I found some weird pieces of equipment at a few places myself!
Some of my friends don't like you because of your decision to install a base-level KL1 and your lack of knowledge in the car wash industry.
Personally, I like you and your content. You make the business exciting! It seems though you have a bit to learn still, you try to speak the truth most of the time, and to be fair, nobody can ever truly know a car wash as you learn something new every day.

It is not on a big enough lot. tandem bays and you can give the neighbors house a free wash. Would have to pay me to take the property

Yeah, unfortunate design in a suboptimal location on a one-way street. It's neglected. I wouldn't bank on being able to boost customer turnout by fixing it, to be honest. But what do I know. As you say, it would have to be an insane deal for it to be worth it. It might be able to keep itself afloat, but recouping an investment? Who knows.

$225 a week. Looks almost abandoned. Would a car wash like this be of interest to you fo a rent or purchase?
It would have to be a really good deal. Somewhat of a decent area compared to mine and obviously there’s a tonne to do in terms of remodel so I know I can bring in the customers. I still don’t like the tandem bays though.

I would be surprised if that car wash makes more than $100 a week. Terrible location, terrible design, and clearly the owner does not care about it.
