@@user-my7tf5co4p Неудивительно, не вы одна поверили. Я тоже не сразу понял, но когда заметил, что форма морских волн периодически повторяется, а когда самолёт летит у самой воды при этом от выхлопных газов сзади на поверхности воды ничего не происходит, вот тут сомнения и развеялись.

Já estive neste lugar em Gibraltar. Qdo não tem pousos, aí circula pessoas a pé e carros. Uma movimentação normal. Tem restaurantes. Mas qdo vem o aviso de chegada de alguma aeronave, fica tudo liberado rapidamente. É incrível! Eu morava em Portugal e estavamos indo para Marrocos, e passa por aí para pegar um navio para atravessar o estreito de Gibraltar até Ceuta. Almoçamos aí, e fomos em várias vans bem pequena para subir o morro e conhecer os macaquinhos selvagens que vivem no morro. Se vc facilitar eles te roubam o que vc tem na mão, seja bolsa, comida. É proibido toca los pois como são selvagens se vc for mordido é preciso de assistência médica. Mas de cima do morro a vista é maravilhosa. O lugar é fantástico. Estive lá em 2014. A comida é mto boa.
A preparação para o pouso é interessante. Rsrs

It’s a simulation but the ship is real. It’s a floating hotel called the Sunborn.

A beautiful view coming in so low to the sea, passengers would have thought they were onboard a ship. That takes nerves of steel coming into land over the sea & on a short runway. Great pilots pat yourselves on the back you need gold medals that is for sure. I bet your families are very proud of you as I know I would be, even as a passenger. In my school days, I remember the name of Gibraltar having studied.
Today, at the age of 79 years, that's after almost 67/68 years, I have observed a plane landing.
It isn't a mere landing but heart touching to watch on this narrow airstrip to take a reverse and halt on Destination point, where you didn't see cabs are waiting.
Really appreciable work of those who stay around, almost in Seashore and for them as if this facility is provided. Hats off to all tho

@@user-1964 спасибо, летала в разные страны и регионы, где тоже над морем снижаются на посадку, и над родным городом кружилась, шасси не выпускалось долго, и в аэропортах томилась, когда у Аэрофлота проблемы с керосином были. Коллега в поле приземлялась, экипаж сам чинил неполадки, потом долго упиралась, чтобы снова на этот борт взойти. Теперь только поездом. 🙂

Very impressive simulation graphics. We must congratulate the creative artists except that it's a little overdose..the plane seemed to be landing much before the strip started and ..the waters seemed unnaturally calm touching the strip all round. But a big thumbs up to realistic graphic rendering, comparable to any 1st class hollywood work 👍

it's definitely virtual, but the graphics are so good, you have to look very hard.
You know it's virtual because of how the "ocean" looks- especially close to shore. Also the size ratio of the plane to the surrounding structures! It's pretty impressive though!!

Interesting computer graphics. They are quite well done. It would be interesting to see the real thing but alas Gibraltar isn’t rated for aircraft the size of the A380 or 747.

Yeah. Nice animation. Whatch 4:36...a little thing, may be a light, on the runway is no longer visible after plane passe it. So do also a few other things.
You are correct. This is totally fake and would NEVER be possible in real life.
1- who or what and how could shoot this from this distance
2- there is no way the wheels could touch the water at that speed and the plane continue to fly straight!
3- NO ENGINEER would build an airport THAT CLOSE to the water. The rushing water would just cause the runway to collapse and be swept away by the heavy current created by the computer graphics

@@jackkircher1755 umm, this is from a flight simulator. However, Gibraltar Airport is pretty much like this. 2 approaches depending on wind, either westbound , like this video, or east bound via quite a sharp turn and sup over the harbour.
In reality, with the westbound approach you might just be able to land an A380 but i think it'd be stuck there
