Please Google ”Taiwan railway administration” for traditional rail or ”Taiwan high speed rail” for high speed rail.

StephKim It’s incredibly easy. You can even book and pay for railway tickets at any 7-11 convenience store around the island. And there’s a 7-11 on practically every block in the cities.
