I'm 69 and lived alone 16 years and it was wonderful to feel at peace all by yourself. I don't hate people I just feel better when they aren't around. Society is incredibly sick and crumbling. America based it' goverment on ancient Rome. I doubt we'll last anywhere near as long as they did. In the end it crumbled from within.
If you look at the architecture of many government buildings around the US it is reminiscent of Rome. As they fell, so shall this country but a thousand fold. Nothing new under the sun. I never realized I was a sigma until I start self analyzing my behavior, social interactions and my consistent self isolation from everyone and have come to the conclusion that there’s just not many people worth talking to anymore and that includes family.

My 11 year old granddaughter loves me too but she's 11. Lol. I know myself inside out and I've been comfy in my own skin for years. Loneliness rarely exists. I am in good company by myself.
One thing I have found about myself being a sigma is that having a job where social interaction can be difficult. Not because social interaction is difficult but finding ppl who are worthy of interacting is difficult. Most ppl I run into on a daily basis are shallow and manipulative and it’s so easy to spot. The ppl I end up having a real conversation with surprise ppl and you can see the judgement in their faces when they see me talking to someone in a store or wherever. Usually it is not the pretty or well dressed but someone who is just down to earth and normal. No need for fancy this and that and don’t walk around with an aura of entitlement and arrogance.
Exactly! That's why when the corporation I worked for implemented a medical mandate during covid, I walked. Most people took the medical procedure at my previous job before it was even mandated. Not me. I was the only 1 in the building who didn't. I watch the masses with skepticism. If there's a trend, I go in the other direction. Lone wolf to the death.

I identified strongly with this. I hate being controlled. The only part I'd disagree with is "high emotional intelligence." I think Sigmas fall along a continuum with that, rather than all cluster at the top. There are plenty of Sigmas with low emotional intelligence.
Just learned I'm a SIGMA MAN... I've retired to a tiny cottage in a remote part of the Ozarks after successfully suing a Fortune 500 company in a Whistle Blower case that went to trial and beyond. I served my ex wife divorce papers while she was in a hospital bed. She knew it was coming for months and had been avoiding numerous scheduled meetings to discuss it. I figured if she had a medical event, being in the hospital was the safest place for her to be when I served her. Everyone thinks I'm an asshole. I don't care.

It's not that hard either just make your own decisions. I don't agree with anyone in my family on anything political and regarding covid when that was raging. They all cooperated and went with the crowd on both. I make my own decisions and do just fine.
I would say sigma males have no trouble exiting the matrix for extended periods of time ...and showing up again when it suits them....most people seem to have trouble with this for some reason 😊

Such males' personalities do not arise from acts of the will, but rather, much more organically and deeply-set instincts. Their behavior arises with no conscious effort on their part.
