When I watch these videos, and see how passionate these fans, other South American fans, and all their fans all over the globe are, I feel eternally grateful and blessed to have had the chance to meet Maiden two years ago. Their music is so uplifting to so many people in countries suffering from political and economic turmoil, and for one night they manage to put massive smiles on the faces of 60,000 plus fans and make them forget all their worries. What an incredible band!!
on the movie, right after this clip, there is a guy in the crowd who caught Nick's drumstick..he is crying and saying a prayer..thats love of music..to be able to finally see a group you feel so passionate about is an overwhelming experience..that scene gives me chills every time..UP THE IRONS!!!!

I am 60 yrs old and as i watch this..my eyes actually tear up..it effects me this much... I watched the 666 tour show on TV...these guys IMHO are the best...monster vocals (only one close was DIO) tremendous guitar work with harmonies (no see how many notes i can play) A timeless act.....
I admire Steve and the boys tremendously, I don't think any band has ever put the same effort in - consistently - over a 30 year period of albums and tours. Having said that, for me the best work that Bruce Dickinson has done as a musician and an artist is all self-contained on the Chemical Wedding album. I don't think Maiden have ever made a record as good as that and don't think they're likely to now. Kudos, Bruce.
