Good report. As a Washington commanders/Redskins fan we are hoping Coach Jim Harbaugh is coming to DC. We have a first class owner organization franchise and team. The office is ready to go we have the running backs the quarterback the wide receivers tweak the office of line and we’re ready to win games. Coach Jim wants to run the ball we can run the ball and that quarterback Sam Howell is a player. He’s bringing a defensive coordinator in an office of coordinator innovative creative and the Washington Redskins of right back in the winning seasons. I believe Coach Belichick would be outstanding with the chargers bringing Josh McDaniel on the patriots 2002 W. invert

I’ve never forgotten about it and every coach since has been a bust. This particular organization needs a man with stones running it. Kids and front office need to stay out. Hire only a successful previous head coach with a long track record of success. Harbaugh, Belicheck or Tomlin. Reid and Peyton will finally have some competition. Chargers don’t have the culture like many other organizations where coordinators work out as head coaches.

They would get 5 years of a cheap QB if he is that good. I love Herbert and would not but the Chargers do some silly things from time to time. Herbert isn't the problem, but he isn't winning without eliteness around him, which is obvious with his career so far. Maybe you'd prefer a Matt Stafford comp. The point is that he can't carry the team alone. That's what Mangini was saying at the end. The only true great Qb that truly carries his team is Mahomes. Coming from a Dolphins fan, btw.

Yeah, hopefully, he gets some coaching help and shows what level he can truly reach. My guess, though, is that he won't get too far. But I guess we'll see 🤷

For Herbert to be the "vehicle of change", he needs to be more vocal and call things out instead of "just playing quarterback". Otherwise, he needs to demand a trade (or release).

Rivera? Even Belichick is not a good hire at this juncture. Go young dynamic Offensive coach or Jim Harbaugh, he will have that team turned around in one season, he brings instant credibility.
