The times of being a heismen trophy winner but you can't Mike Jordan your team a victory are ova.. What a battle. What a game ! So happy we pulled out the win. UNLV has really improved the last couple years overall. And they deserve it. Jeanty makes other teams salivate. Now, the ones he didn't leave BSU for, are really wishing he was as greedy as they are. But thankfully, he's a Christian who talks what he walks. Real integrity in that young man !

It’s pretty clear that with a team that has high tackling discipline that a fullback lead blocker would have helped Jeanty break loose. Having a counter spy to the spy linebacker would have forced them to gang tackle more, which could have opened up pay action more during the 3rd and 4th quarter. Emmitt Smith had Moose Johnston, so get Crowe out there plowing the road for Jeanty! Go Broncos!

Boise State has dominated the Mountain West for a long time. It seems Boise State will stay on top. But UNLV is getting better.
UNLV is going to take a pretty big hit next year though. Lost their coach to Purdue (the best they have had in over 40 years) and most of their key starters are seniors who won't be back next year.

Well they make the playoffs if they remain undefeated but Jeanty is getting beat up with 33-38 touches in the last few. They need to cut him back to 20-25 hopefully he still sees 150-180 area and 2-3 tds

I don't like the fact that Jeanty had 36 touches, 33 carries. It's too much. I get that UNLV is arguably the 2nd-best opponent on their schedule, and they needed to get the win. But they need him to last the season. He shouldn't have to carry the ball more than 25 times per game.

Boise always get haters. And, UNLV fans better get used to the hate too. Doesn’t matter if they beat a ranked power 4. Everyone always makes excuses for them. Or if the that p4 teams only loss. Haters say, they’re a more improved team now. Just nothing they’ll be able to do or accomplish. The MWC will just bring out the haters. BSU, deals with them all the time when we’re ranked.
