The ZIPP Halo arrived yesterday 4/16 and I'll be sure to let you know how it goes. I'm 62. My skin is in great condition (serums, tretinoin, and essences) now looking for some lift. So we shall see how it goes. Thanks again Anne for all you do. Even as far back as Chicago.

I feel like the odd person out here. I appreciate your honest review, but have to say that I have had a different experience. I’m 71 and have only recently discovered (maybe 6 months) the RUclips makeup thing. I keep thinking how helpful this would have been 50 years ago! I have 14N in the Gucci concealer. Maybe I just hit on the right shade, or maybe the consistency is just right for my skin. I have to admit I like the Sisley best under my eyes, but have used the Gucci there and didn’t experience the creasing you had the problem with. I have tried the powder (different ones) vs. no setting powder, and have to say that under my eyes I do better without the setting powder. I kept trying it because I thought that was what I was supposed to do. Now I approach it like a scientific experiment and check the wear every few hours throughout the day. Where I really like Gucci is under my nose and around my mouth. I have this weird thing where my diaphragm is paralyzed, so sleep with a mask and some sophisticated equipment at night. The mask has caused the “marionette lines.” I didn’t even know what they were until I started with the oxygen thing, then discovered I was getting them. I put my skin care on first, then my concealer, followed by foundation. I have had a really good experience using the Gucci in that area, even better than the Sisley. Thanks so much for what you do and your reviews!

I’m a dry 63 yr old and I have to say. I have been LOVING the Lancôme tient idole It’s fab also Catrice. Ha ha. But I like Nars too , and Dior. I think it’s the back stage not the round one. I don’t have dark circles. Just inner corner. I also get the lightest since I like a brightening effect ❤❤❤❤
I've been having a lot of problems with what you are experiencing. I was thinking I've been using too much skin prep. Very frustrating problem with some expensive foundations like dior.
Have you ever tried doll 10 products? I really like them and think they are underrated and you don’t hear much about them. I recently got the tinted moisturizer and it is so good for mature skin. They have a great pink powder too that is so moisturizing.
@@MakeupForMatureSkin She is on hsn and qvc a lot too. Her products are skincare infused. Everything I have tried I have liked. When stuff sells out it usually takes awhile to come back because she would be considered a more boutique brand so she doesn’t get large quantities of products.
I have never cared one iota about packaging. Ladies go on and on about how nice it is. Pfft I use Joe blasko concealer, a slight orange tint to it❤ I'm quite a bit older than you, just a DOT on the inner and outer corners. I lightly powder my T-Zone never under my eyes. After I spray my setting mist, i tap it with my slightly damp sponge that I used to apply my base 🤸

I had Sisley..end broke off..think I had the corrector..will not repurchase. I love YSL tout declat, Hourglasd, Natasha Denona and Haus Labs. Love all! Packaging matters ifits a luxury brand but formula is critical! You clearly are not a fan and you gotta be happy! But it looked good fromwhat we could see! Still wouldn't purchase!😢😢ty Annie!
There was another line that put out concealer and the shades were so screwed up. I am with you. I am over packaging as well. I have a lot of high quality concealers in part thanks to your guidance. 🫶 I couldn’t be happier. I have Sisley and ND and CT and …….. unless I plan to conceal everything it’s probably enough. I was using the Pat McGrath concealer and now use Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear.

Oh no that's awful! I would have returned even if I had it for awhile. That's completely unacceptable IMO.
