Hi I need some advice....I need a rod with which I can do some light fishing but can also handle trout and big pike should I strike one...I tend to use spinners between 5 and 9 grms and spoons to 15grms...I also hate cork...what would you recommend. I tend to like the build and style of century rods but they are for carp.

8 to 10lb flurocarbon is perfect .. I use esox
