Great moment. I have not seen this before. Good research 👌🏻 I think this period represents the best part of a-ha's career musically. Great to see the late Sigurd Køhn playing with Jørund Bøgeberg in the backing band.

3) Host: You were quite young when you started, when you had bang success, so you kind of grew up around the globe, got over the teenage problems and stuff? (She obviously thinks they were younger than they actually were when they broke through) Morten: We grew up in weekly magazines, and that does not hold, you get tired of it very quickly. Magne shoots in: We had a damn long puberty. Host: Your tip for young people who dream of really breaking through, then, is to wait until you are at least 25? Morten: That was actually what we did ... Host: Okay, a little older, then. ...
4) ...What is the difference between being a-ha abroad and a-ha in Norway? Morten: Abroad you don’t care at all, here at home you are very nervous. Host: Why? Morten: I don’t know, that’s the way it is. Host: We might be the once who are most fond of you of all, we are very proud of you. What do you think it takes if you wish to break through, and become as big as you have become? What does it take? Morten: It helps with a little talent, it does. Host: But there are many who have talent, who never makes it. Is there an additional trick? Magne: I think stubbornness is part of the key, that is. Host: Then you're stubborn? Magne: Yes. Not being willing to think about anything, or willing to accept anything other than that you convince people, in a way. Host: Then you have to know deep down that I can do this. Morten: When you have that attitude, I think you also deliver, properly, you must be able to deliver it. I don’t think we have been standing there “beating people in their head”, to convince. It's more that you have to have it “in your stomach” (expression). Magne: You have to be stubborn about everything that can go wrong, that you don’t give up.
5) Host: When I think of a-ha, I think of a kind of fairytale, in a way, that's probably how you appear to us in this country, us young, small once. Morten: That is probably how we have been presented to you. Host: Do you think of yourself as a fairytale? ...? You should not have to answer that. My comment: In Norwegian fairytales we have this character called “Askeladden”, a poor boy who is inventive and stubborn, and who therefore succeeds in creating a better life for himself (usually he wins the heart of the Princess and marries her).

Também nao gostei do visual da banda nessa época, principalmente do Morten. Geralmente com colete ,sem camisa e um colar estranho, apelativo. Eles nao precisavam disso para continuar tendo sucesso. Acho que tirava a credibilidade da banda. Mas acredito que isso veio da gravadora, sou faltou ter um pouco mais de personalidade e dizer não.
