I really liked when she said the woman can protect by informing you to not go here or not answering that phone. It brought me back to so many times my kids mother ask me to not go somewhere and I went and something bad happened. I come to be alone in the mountains by Lake Como, Italy when things feel chaotic back home. True Hermit mode. I Hike to get groceries and go for random walking adventures by myself. Im very aware and its very safe where I am. I cant express the importance of being alone and going within, allowing old things that dont serve you to be questioned and released. It makes space in our minds and hearts that we dont even realize it there!!! God is good. Im Blessed to be able to hear the whispers and to be able to be obedient and follow those whispers. He said, "Love is not enough". For anyone who is misled by that statemement, please understand that it is self-love that attracts the love you deserve, which in turn will be defined by the trust built and consistency of all parties but it begins and ends with love. People are so quick to say love is not enough but try getting everything else you need and omit love. Then, see how you feel. This is how you think everything is right with people because of how they show up on the outside, having whatever or however much material shit, but they be empty asf and shallow on the inside because someone told them "LOVE wasn't enough". So, many never learn what it truly is & why it's all we need. It leads to everything else, if it is the foundation but without it nothing matters.

I love the ideas on relationships. I think today we come together in need, instead of being a whole as an individual. Marriages should be created in truth and commitment versus fantasy shown in movies. Setting a stronger foundation together. I loved that her son joined her and how attentive and full of love she looked with everything he had to say. I also loved her concept of home, both in making the vessels of our bodies homes and also making our physical spaces healing grounds for ourselves and the members of our family. Devine timing this is for me to watch this video, this video presented itself to me a few weeks ago and I have avoided watching until today 12/30/2022. I have words but can't express them here. I purchased the Heal Thyself book two years ago but have not finished due to a blockage and a number of other aspects. I need to be in the presence of women like Queen Afua. @@chimerelowman Thank youuu for your encouragement. I believe it is because I grew up in church and was taught we aren't supposed to build altars of graven images. So when it came to, building an altar I would stop right there. But after listening to the whole video I want to go deeper. I know in the word they built an altar for Christ.
