Hello po! Na hire po ba kayo directly from Pinas? Sorry, hindi ko po alam ang sequence kasi hindi ko po na try. Dumaan po kasi ako ng agency nung nasa Pinas po ako. 😊
Kaya po bang mabuhay mag isa sa japan kahit english teacher lang at wala sideline? Magkano po average cost of living and magkano po monthly salary?

Definitely worth it as an ALT. The experience was the cornerstone of what I do today in Biotech.
Ate bakit ka po nag stop being an ALT po? ano po difference sa current job niyo ngayon po aside sa English parin po tinuturo niyo hehe?

I just felt like it was time to try a different level of kids naman and I super love my work right now. The difference now is I have my own class I get to see everyday. Sa ALT kasi, once a week lang kayo mag meet per class.

Hi ms. Pretty Gayle, may I ask if an individual is still eligible to apply even though he/she is not currently connected to any type of company? But that individual has already 4 years of teaching experience here in the Philippines (subject taught in English language) but not in the field of English subject.

Hello po! Ang alam ko lang pwede mag share ng house once andito na. Wala pa po ako narinig na during the process e.
Question lang po sana masagot. If ever i pursue kopo pagiging ALT ok lang poba kahit wala papong teaching experience, college graduate pero hindi Education Major.

Nabanggit mo po yung courses na hindi pwede mag apply like nursing, engineering, etc . Engineering graduate po kasi ako and kumuha ng units sa Education.Ngayon po ay mag 10 years na ako sa DepEd teaching Mathematics in Junior Highschool.Pwede kaya ako mag apply as an ALT sa Japan?
Hi, po! I’m not very sure about this situation sir. It’s better na you send them your resume and they will respond naman if you would be eligible. Free lang po yun.

I’m sure you’ll have a chance. Pero I think the competition for JET is quite intense. Marami akong friends na nasa JET though.

Hello po! Currently, wala po akong kapitbahay na Filipino. Sad to say, wala akong friend na kapitbahay.
@@fabGayle pwede po bang mamili ng apartment or makipag share sa iba? I think it isn’t gonna be easy to live alone.
@@cherryannbelen9866 yes po, pwede naman mamilo ng apartment kapag hindi po kayo straight from Pinas. But if you’ll come here the first time, usually ang company pumipili saan ka ilagay. Pwede ka po umalis anytime but may mga necessary fees po yun.

Hello po, to be honest hindi po kasi ako nakapag work sa public school so hindi ko po masabi kung worth it ba to resign.
How can you teach English? You are not a native speaker?
Hi, yeah, I’m not a native speaker. As long as you meet the skill requirement for the job, you can still teach in Japan. 😉
