Harley-Davidson of Ft. Wayne... New subscriber here. Cool video but I would like to hear things like fastener torque specs, go over what the critical fasteners are, fluid capacities etc instead of the music.. I am a Master Tech as well for Harley's and automotive. I already know all of that but most viewers do not and that is why they are watching, so they can learn how to service their own bike..
When I do a "three hole" service no matter what the mileage is in addition to changing the fluids I always clean the air filter or replace it, inspect the sparkplugs and replace them every 10k miles, adjust the clutch to factory spec, check tire pressure, check and insure the brake pads and rotors are within spec, check the drive belt and adjust if needed, lubricate the cables (if applicable), lubricate all of the lubrication points, check the state of the battery and the charging system, check that all lights work correctly and check all of the critical fasteners with a torque wrench when a torque value is stated.. Yes it takes a little bit longer but a full service is expensive so I want to make sure my customers get what they pay for..

EVERY service is free for three years regardless how many miles I ride plus one free battery & one free tire and a discount on storage if I want it. I did this plan on my last bike(2017 RGS) and believe me I more than made back my money(I would have paid triple what the service plan cost me). Interesting your checking ‘critical’ fasteners with just a wrench or ratchet & socket. I was trained that if the OE provided a torque spec, use a torque wrench to confirm tightness. Yes, I have a clicking elbow (automotive tech) but on two wheels, safety is priority.. Do you ‘wet’ (partially fill) the oil filter media prior to installing?
Spark plugs - my local dealer recommends replacing every 5k. Even though they are supposed to be 100k on Rushmore bikes.
Ball missing in floor board. That’s warranty, right....

I liked the video but not the music. Hearing all the facts is important. Perhaps if you could list the steps, the torque settings, pressure settings and items required, it would be more succinct and easier to remember (by taking notes). Thank you.
