Saw this guy in Los Angeles at "Together as One" in 2004. One of my top highlights in the party scene. He is one of the most original and reconizable dnb artists out there.
Holy hell, just discovered this guy today.... Wow is all I can say, and I'm 31, have heard some killer beats. This guy sounds like he invented them..... So awesome.
Yo he made THIS tune!!! He's made a bunch of other really great tunes before and since then. But if this had been the only tune he ever made, I would still have only the utmost respect for the man......

Believe me I've been witness to to full sized Valve setup and it is absolutely DEVASTATING! You don't just feel bass.... you feel the midrange... you feel the treble! You feel eveything!
This tune IS actually called Hard Noize and was later re-released on Dillinja's My Sound CD as "Hardnoize" in 2004. The tune on the flip makes more sense to be called Fluid anyway as it's a more rolling, fluid tune Regardless, this bassline is ridiculously phat...awesome 12" !
people talk about dillinja like hes dead or sumit nowadays. he might not pull out bangers as good as this anymore but the mans still a beast. shiners/lovechild is a huge 12"
it aint all bad...dillinja has an album due that will (apparantly) be a return to the old style...back to the style he likes working with...drum patterns & all...but with new breaks..... we'll see...its about time though.

This was the end of drum n bass for me. i liked the 2 step thing when it was done properly (no-u-turn and all that) but it got boring very quickly. shame, cause dillinja did some fuckin' awesome jungle tunes. just jumped on the two step band wagon like everyone else. exactly the same thing happening to dubstep right now. sigh...
