Thanks for sharing this lovely technique. It does look easy and seems like a wonderful way to creat little precious practice pieces for free hand quilting :-) The pieces would look so wonderful decorating various things like a journal cover.
organza, tulle, voile, chiffon...I have seen those fabrics used interchangably, for the projects above...is there a difference, and which one is used in these mini quilts?

When using the netting what do you do with the excess ñetting after quilting over your design. Do you cut it away¿
