Unofficially the worlds fastest rc submarine. I haven't seen another one that even comes close. Though maybe it is a little more like an RC Torpedo.
Put a GoPro Hero 4 Black on top, it makes the Sub a little top heavy. Driving it with a separate FPV camera system and a float for live video transmission.
