Don't feel lonely at USC. Be part of the Chinese club. I don't know how far you live from USC (it seems you live just a block or 2 away), but by what I remember at night, girls would skate and ride their bikes in front of and near the new USC general library (I forgot its name). They had fun! Also catch the USC bus ride to Universal Walk on Friday or Saturday late afternoon to evening. Make good friends! You could also join the girls Greek sorority club and live in their house a few blocks away on sorority/fraternity row. But don't be alone in the evenings a few blocks away off campus. It could be dangerous for you if you do this often. The area surrounding USC isn't really safe.

It feels weird to know that i would be going through the same thing in 4 years and my brother will be moving out next year , my cousin sis and i are really close and more like real sisters and grew up together she moved out to canada last year we have been talking thru video calls ans she says that it is hard but eventually you will get used to it
