Then there's the pain you can get in the Legs, Arms, Hands, and Lower and Upper Back. Smithing can be very Labor Intense. Then there's Shining and Bootlegging. Shitty backroads are notoriously fun for your Lower Back and Ass. I don't have problems like that anymore because when I make Shine it's done in a Portable setup (no middle of nowhere, done whenever and wherever under noses), and when I Bootleg I tend to stay off backroads as the vehicles are inconspicuous, vehicles also have overly built suspensions and springs under the seats.
Funny thing about Icey Hot or Bengay being used to help alleviate headaches is that it does actually work, but either of them (don't matter which you use as the application is the same) has to be put on the right spots on the head and even the neck. Rub on the Temples, Forehead, and sides of the Neck just under the Ears on down to where the Neck connects to the top of the Shoulder. Drink a bit of Water, and clear out the Nasal Cavities a bit and should help quite alot. I get headaches all the time especially from when I've had my head near a Forge for long durations and from hearing the heavy thumping and banging that comes from the machinery that's used in conjunction with Metal Smithing.
You make good RP vids. Haven't watched in awhile. I don't understand videos that start with spoilers. Makes me less interested in watching the rest of the vudeo. Most might disagree but figured I'd give you some feedback.

The first chapter is always the intro and the second chapter starts right after the intro animation so you can always just start at the second chapter if you prefer not to see spoilers.
