Yutaka Sado, his passion and leading style 佐渡裕さんの人柄と情熱

Yutaka Sado has been invited to conduct Berliner Philharmoniker last year.
He tried to communicate with members of the orchestra at the beginning of the rehearsal, called first contact. Some of them looked down on him, but his open-mindedness and excellent lead made it possible to bring out their potential gradually. He has succeeded in leading a stern orchestra without making them feel any obedience. This is his leadership style.

彼をここまで導いたのは、学生時代に出会った全く音楽に縁のない朽木丈人という高橋信次を師と仰ぐ爺から開口一番「お前さんは指揮者か？」と霊視された事がきっかけ。
