Ingredients:
Blended Urad Dhal Mixture:
Urad Dhal - 1 Cup
Rice - 2 Tbsp
Water - As Required To Submerged
Blend The Soaked (30 Minutes) Mixture with 1 1/2 Cup Water Into A Smooth Mixture.
Ulundhu Kanji:
Warm Water - 1.5 Litre
Pandan Leaves - 2 Pcs, Cut Into 3 Inch Size
Blended Urad Dhal Mixture - 3 Cups Roughly
Sugar - 1 ½ Cup
Freshly Ground Cardamom - 1 Tsp
Dry Ginger Powder - ½- 1 Tsp
Salt - To Taste
Coconut Milk - 200 ML, Diluted
Ghee - 1 Tbsp

It's traditional recipe shouldn't add pandan leaf or cardamom pods only dry ginger powder..
Should be Freshly squeezed coconut milk not readymade
