When did it get to the stage when anglers need a degree in chemistry to catch fish? It seems to me to be more of an exercise to relieve anglers of their hard earned pennies than catching fish. Just my personal opinion.

It's just a few tips John, not intended for people to go out and buy every single product shown by any means. Simply demonstrating five things that can be done with some of the products in our range to change otherwise plain fishery pellets.

Flouro rocks do work for bream for me on the canal, wouldn’t be without them.

What does the flavour do different to the oil, if the oil flavours them too. Not being rude just trying to understand the difference ?

      Hi Stephen,
Within match/coarse fishing, Oils are almost exclusively for use on hard pellets when looking to keep pellets in their original form. This is done to prevent the pellets breaking down and turning to mush. Some pellets (coppens) are already a solid pellet in regards not breaking down so a Oil based flavour is a good addition as it wont make the pellets go mushy like a water soluble liquid/flavour. Other pellets (Skrettings) break down more quickly in water so a fish oil helps to slow the breakdown.
For baits that are already soft or getting softened like 2mm micros that are rarely used in their dry hard form, then a Water Soluble Liquid Flavour is a better option as it will be absorbed more quickly and you are not looking for the advantage of one of oils most standout attraibutes (its ability to help slow the breakdown of a pellet).
