I know I'm late to this party - I just picked up an X3 but I've had a GO2 for a few years now - but I think the Insta app (especially the desktop version) is capable of 90% of the editing that I can even imagine wanting to do. For on-the-road posting to social media, the Insta360 phone app is excellent.

Manual. Added the sound effect of the bike as well. My first 360 key frame video.

Yes, then key frame in the 360 editor before bringing the footage into FCP for editing.
