Well, that sounds so much more fun when you can share with a child or children! The smiles they have on their beautiful faces when they have done something wonderful for a 4 legged friend. Great job!
great. glad you dog love the this dog treat recipe, our pups are always wanting these dog biscuits. thanks for watching and commenting, please consider subscribing, we post new vids each week. eric.
my labradors don't have an issue with peanut butter, but with all sorts of people having allergies, i do know that some dogs have allergies to certain foods. certainly worth testing first with your pups. thanks for watching, eric.
thats the beeest recipe i've seen ever! ur so right! i dunno why people just try to make it all complicated with ingredients god knows where they get and flavours i havent even tried...you just have to make sure the ingredients ur using arent goin to kill the dog, mix it all together, throw it at them and the'll eat it!
hi linda, not sure about the tartar of these dog biscuits, mbe your doctor would know that. but they are healthy dog treats, our pups love them! thx, eric.
Thank you! These are better than store bought dog treats... Ginger won't even touch those. But these home-made treats are amazing, she's jumping around because they're so delicious :) From now on I'll just make these instead of buying them. (my picture is a cat because I also have a cat, don't worry I'm not feeding a cat dog treats)
@sistersavage great to hear. chicken broth works just fine. subscribe to our channel for more fun cooking shows, we'll be doing another dog biscuit show soon. eric.
Oh I really enjoyed the dog biscuit video. You and the puppies were the life of the show. I like it so much I just subscribe, just the recipe I was looking for something simple.
Fantastic Idea! My dog, she's a border terrier and unfortunatly is epileptic, due to the dog food we fed her, i would love to know if theres any dry complete dog food out there with low salt levels and my dog will enjoy! i think she's getting very bored of her regular food. if you could help that would be muchly appreciated! x
I stopped making round biscuits years ago. Form biscuit blob as square as you can get them and then just slice through with knife into smaller squares. No waste, biscuits don't get tough from re-rolling (not that I think the dogs would mind too much, mine didn't)
would you recommend making them small for meduim dogs or baking them whole and just breaking them up? i dont know if making them smaller would ruin the recipe.im a hobbible baker as it is. cant wait to see the new updated treats so im going to sub!
Great idea! Just a thought,Try putting in plastic wrap and roll into tube seal ends and put in refrigerator until chilled, then just slice and bake. Saves you on time and cookie cutters. Dogs really don't care what shape they are, just humans. lol. Good job.
@BoJigglebum you can use regular or natural peanut butter. its not enough to make a difference if you don't feed them the whole batch at once. thx, eri c
I've made these biscuits for quite some time even before I came across this recipe.....I suggest adding about a 1/2 teaspoon of crush garlic to this as well. Not only is it good for them....over time it repels fleas.
You could always use a different flour I find rice flour works well a bit drier than regular flour so sometimes you need more of the wet ingredient in it. Peanut butter is fine in moderation like any treat. Pre bought beef broth and stock cubes can contain a lot of salt though better off boiling up a couple of meaty beef bones and using that water instead. N you do need to be exact in baking lol.
just made a new vid with sweet potatoes in the dog treats, will post it here soon. if you subscribe to our show, you'll get a note when we post new shows! thx, eric - GardenFork
