Years ago I had a book by actress Lindsay Wagner doing the facial acupressure points to reverse aging and I used to notice the difference when I would wake up the next day after doing the protocol . ... I think at one point she or somebody else had a video about that but I haven't been doing it lately and should get back to doing it as you will see results very quickly
