Just a small detail, in S4 Episode 8 during all the DS member falling into the inifnity Castle (with that AMAZING bgm) The light in the background when all hashira and the main cast drop tells you who will survive and who will not. Red light means death while yellow light means those who survive.

technically we could argue he did somehow. in the final selection tanjiro, zenitsu, kanao, and genya completed it and tanjiro points out “only 4 us” but when the crow goes to visit ubayashiki he says there were 5 hinting at inosuke

The reason why Muzan didn't kill Tanjiro is easy it's because he was too scared because Tanjiro reminded him of Yoriichi and that's why he wanted to go away as quickly as possible and he knew that Tanjiro couldn't just attack him because the other people would think he's a murder also I noticed the most details like the Hashira revealing in the 1. Opening and the person who looks almost like Nezuko and Muichiro's sword got broken and many more and I think most people noticed it too because it's not really hidden it's easy to see
there was this detail too when the explosion at ubuyashiki's mansion,Mitsuri cover her ears. Probably because it became sensitive after Zohakuten hit her

Muzan also generated his clothes with his powers at the end of season 3, and Daki had no problems either.
Most likely nezuko was either too angry or just forgot in the heat of the moment.

He was disguised as a girl to protect his identity until he is ready to lead the Oboyashiki family. In the final battle of Demon Slayer, Kiriya was their eyes in the Infinite castle giving commands to the Hashira and to the Demon Slayer Corps using Yushiro's blood demon art of sight.
