I know most hardmen still lose every now and then but Cain has had the most embarrassing ones, there’s no way a supposed top hardman should have lost to mark Wylde, terry or Eli
Yeah but Phil Mitchell lost to Gary Hobbs, Billy, Tom Banks and Christian. So they're pretty even when it comes to losses and feats.
Eli was quite hard tho
Lol Cain didn’t lose to Mark Wylde, Mark just got a lucky punch that didn’t even phase Cain. Beating Mark up would have been too easy and not achieved much, Cain wanted to expose Mark, which would have hurt him much more than a few punches
Eli was probs one of the hardest dingles and Zak said he was a former bare knuckle champion

@@H.K.5 You're trying to undermine the fact Cain has been roughed up more than any other top hardmen. I knew this video would trigger Cain fans. 😂😂 Phil hasn't been done over as many times as Cain & Phil has been in Eastenders twice as long as Cain has been around in Emmerdale & has taken on much tougher guys than Cain has a lot more often. He also looks convincing when he fights whilst Cain fights like shit.

@Ryan Wilson A lot of these are from his first stint where he was more a trouble maker than a hardman but when he returned in 2009, top dog Zak was getting old and the writers needed someone to take his place, that's when they made Cain the hardest character in the show.
Tbh even in his 2009 return initially he wasn’t that tough, he got punched by mark Wilde, roughed up by John a few times without retaliating and even Jay grabbed him once, but in 2012 onwards after making him more of an anti hero than a villain they also made him invincible 😂

When I judge soap hardmen, a big factor will always be how consistently a character's level of toughness has been portrayed which is something that's always been all over the place with Cain but also how good the performances of the fights are & in Cain's case he's one of the worst I've seen. Cain didn't even beat Graham, he maybe slightly edged it on hits but Graham was not even close to being beaten, Cain's hits did nothing. We've been around these points before though & you always choose to ignore it, no point going over it again.

Yeah, I don't think so. Phil and Cain are just about equal when it comes to losses and equal when it comes to feats.
There not equal cain got battered a lot back in the day in straight up fights whereas Phil didn’t a lot of phils loses we’re sucker punches from Gary billy and other people.

@@darrylball3880 All Terry did was punch him when he wasn't looking and drag him out, I don't see how that's a loss. Mark's punch barely did anything to Cain and Eli tackled Cain to the floor while he was taking his jacket off. If you want to play that game, I could bring up Tom Banks punching Phil, Geoff Morton twisting Phil's finger and Jay sending Phil flying to the floor after dodging his punch.
