As a Salesforce Consultant who works on ERP projects, I can say that this video is absolutely spot on. A couple of notes...its really hard on Salesforce platform to keep the client within budget once they get accustomed to the flexibility of the platform, and because that flexibility is native it's hard to hold the client to the originally intended scope.
Secondly and related to the 'best of breed' approach described, integrating Salesforce and Netsuite tends to be very expensive. The two platforms are quite different in how they handle data, so most comprehensive integrations end up costing the client far more than the implementations themselves. There's no such thing as a standard/out-of-the-box integration with Salesforce, as app usage and customisation is completely unique for each client. Be warned that vendors might position a Salesforce-Netsuite integration as a 'phase 2', which hides the real cost until after the client has already made their commitment.
    Great content Eric!
