Thank you for this video, great information. I wish I had found this a few months ago. We are in the middle of our NetSuite implementation and I'm kicking myself for not doing more homework on finding the right implementation partner. I was focused only on which system to buy and not on who should help with implementation.

Can you give some examples of problems you faced with the implementation partner?

Miss. Compare NS versus GP's ability. A change management plan is always a priority. All VAR's offer a clear plan. When will GP sunset?

Hi, would you say a custom ERP is a better solution than an out of box solution like Netsuite

@eric, at 5:15, which WMS did you end up going with for that client with NetSuite?

Thanks for this video we are considering Net Suite however we do have a heavy Project Management requirement so we are looking at the option of ProScope with Net Suite. What are your thoughts on Proscope ?

Awesome video. We are thinking about netsuite but we’re too scared to make the decision mainly due to the long term costs. We are also considering Odoo however we don’t have IT resources and concerned it will lack best practices processes. Which out of the two would you recommend for our furniture retail business ? We have an e-commerce direct to consumer store + a wholesale brand. We turnover $6M USD annually

Hi Bill, either one could work. Odoo requires a bit more internal technical sophistication, but it’s generally more flexible. NetSuite is easier to use and maintain, but not as flexible. Both are solid choices for smaller businesses. Hope this helps!

The manufacturing company I work for just signed the contract for Netsuite. We were in the same exact boat as you beings we're a small company that is growing fast. We still use quickbooks and do our inventory manually so this is a giant leap for us.

I note that the alternatives to gaps are to go third party, go spreadsheet or concede to the gap... Are there no customization or low code options in Netsuite? Maybe Dynamics 365 or PowerPlatform can help the process along? 😏

Hi Fredrik, NetSuite does allow some limited customization, but the tools you suggest may be good options as well!
