Hi, great video. SW update suggestion for the bullet sensor: it should check whether a bullet is located properly just before starting the downstroke (so after top dwell, if any), and NOT at the end of the indexing/upstroke motion. Bullets every once in a while topple towards the last split second of the upstroke and then do not get recognized as missing by the bullet sensor. Result: motor moves the head down nonetheless with expected results (a mangled bullet in the die, in case the bullet still sat in the case before but is now lying on its side, or, powder spill everywhere in the collection box/hose. Problem particularly occurs for the combination of lubed and highly filled (open major) 9mm cases, when sometimes fine powder grains stick to the rim of the case which results in bullets not holding firm in the case after the bullet feeder. Fyi, I have index set to 7 already and 1050 is in clean condition to avoid rough indexing motion. Still happens a couple of times every 1000 rounds.
Great video! Now make a software update that reduce Digital powder measure stroke/dump speed for large capacity, smal caliber riflecases! And maybe a 6mm and 6,5mm funnel.
