Since I saw Dumbledore's Secrets I had the headcanon that Hannibal is Grindelwald's son/grandson and Grindelwald abandoned him for being a squib, even though Mischa was a witch. And Hannibal knows that if Grindelwald had stayed or at least taken Mischa with him she wouldn't have died. He hates wizards in general and Grindelwald in particular for that.
I still can not believe Dumbledore really said: „the Summer Gellert and I fell in love“ they are finally canon!!!😍😍

I can’t express how much watching Albus and Gellert’s love story, hearing all about it, the chemistry between Jude and Mads (I am still sad for Johnny Depp that he no longer plays the character) and how their final confrontation ended with Gellert saying “Who will LOVE you now, Dumbledore?” and although Albus walked away from the love of his life; they still love each other deeply and I’ll never stop or love anyone like they do each other.
The Grindeldore love story was mesmerising but ultimately ended in heartbreak 💔😢
