As a gunman holds people hostage in a cafe in Sydney, thousands of messages of support have been posted online for Muslims in Australia who are afraid of an Islamophobic backlash. Why did the fiance wait an entire night and the next day before going to police when this behavior was so unusual? I know it would of been too late for this particular case even if he did seek help right away but it's not like that for all cases. People need to trust their instincts and be more vigilant. Ughh 🤦🏼‍♀️ 2 things:
    1. The whole “he was known to lurk in/around the girl’s bathroom” situation - ‘Scuse? Pardon? Known to whom, my guy?! Why/How TF did that go unchecked?!
    2. The keys/access to the school bit - sounds like some corner cutter knew this cat would put in work if given time & access & figured “hey, better him than me… as long as the work gets done, a W is a W, no? I mean sure, he’s a bit of a weirdo & yeah… he does give off major ‘Dahmer+Bates love child vibes’… he’s probably harmless, right?” - but that’s just my Monday Morning QB read on it.

Thanks for being her voice! I know if this would’ve happened to a teacher for me, I would be forever more touched by the time that you had with her, there are so many teachers that touch a life by being there, or by a smile or saying something at the right time that we need it! I am certain that that janitor would’ve been on that 12 or 13 yr old that he took 1800 pictures of next! He had already figured out times she was by herself, where she lived, and that’s what I truly believe! And not saying that she had to have such a brutal cruel sicko kill her to make it not be in vain, not that way, but by him being locked up, saved the little girl life, that he took 1800 pictures of.THATS way too obsessed with her, to have not carried on something happening by him stalking her that hard! Not a single janitor ever & I went to a lot of different schools was the kind that made me be distrustful or worried about him. Believe me I've always had a very high radar for that as the home life I had was not a childhood especially around men.
Decades ago schools seemed to care very deeply about the kind of men they hired as janitors. They knew it was a deep position of trust.
I noticed they never hired young men. They always hired middle-aged men who had work experience in the field of taking care of things but not necessarily as janitors. The pay seemed give them the ability to live off of it. Beginners at that kind of work need not apply. They were always respectful of the children if they had to be around us. They very rarely talk to us and always stayed a distance from us warning us that they were working with chemicals etc or tools that they felt we should not be around. They were very strict about bathrooms were closed no one could use it go to a different one sorry if they were in it. Didn't really matter where I went This was the way the schools were run I changed schools once a year from kindergarten all the way through junior high.
My uncle worked for the school district in Orange county California. He did hire young men to help him as needed but he did do background checks and this would have been back in the '70s & '80s. They had to pass a police check before they could be hired not even temporarily could they come on campus without that.
He hired his nephew and stepson to help him with the beginning of football season stuff but he turned around to them The first year when they ogled the cheerleaders. I remember what he told my dad about that incident. It impressed upon me that he was concerned and wouldn't put up with inappropriate age dating.
He looked at them and said:
That's jailbait I catch you looking one more time, talking to them, anything .You're fired. I'll make sure you don't get another job in this county working in any kind of job that puts you anywhere near a HS, JH or elementary school You get my drift? That always stayed with me that these older men had tried to protect the younger kids.
Then things changed. Seemed school districts wanted to cut wages. Biggest things they cut out were janitors , groundskeepers and the cafeteria workers. Now the food comes frozen instead of homemade like my aunt who worked 30+ years coming up with wonderful food that I'm telling you I'd walked 5 mi from my house to go to school at her school. My school I skipped breakfast at home so I could eat breakfast at the school. That's where I learned about grits and food diversity. How well-rounded breakfast which I've always tried to do well into my adulthood can fuel you through a day.
Now kids eat pizza at school because it got labeled a fruit.
Schools stopped being a place where children were safe, all over the world. Seems they ended up being a place where people who couldn't basically get jobs anywhere else started being housed. Don't get me wrong there are great teachers there are great cafeteria workers and there are some really wonderful janitors groundskeepers etc but to be truthful our school systems are a wreck. Due top heavy bureaucracy the penny pinching of the system down to the the crack-Pot teaching programs that produce uneducated adults. Incapable of even writing a resume. Who don't even know the history of their own country but definitely know another country's ancient history.
What made Rome fall? It wasn't The Visigoths at the gates. It was the destruction from the inside. 😢❤

Their cars were still in the driveway and the their friend kept saying that he hadn’t seen them and didn’t know what happened to them but they were found in his backyard after 2 days of searching. He claims he didn’t know they were there but their cars were literally in his driveway. Why do all 3 of them go out the back when their cars are in the front and how do all 3 of them die on the same day and time when the house is right there and so are their cars? Why didn’t they call for help? How do they all freeze to death…that takes time. More time than to get back in that house or walk around to your car. It doesn’t make any sense. How did the guy not have a clue his friends never left?
