You should be able to arrest a parent or guardian who is not willing able to prove a child/children are safe! If they are not actively look for a missing child , not showing signs of concern and has told stories that proven to not ad up. Should then be able to arrest the adult for neglect

If social workers could be held criminally liable then who would want to be a social worker? In Los Angeles SW’s are supposed to have 15 children on their case load but they actually have upwards of 30. That means you cannot make a home visit to every child within the span of a month. Kids will sit in group homes or foster homes for months without even hearing from their sw.
And the baby animals suffering in horrible factory farms that most people pay for when they aren’t vegan. Those poor animals suffer like dogs, cats and human babies.
This is one case that truly haunts me. I followed the trial closely and every day of it broke my heart that much more. She deserved so very much better.

I worked in a morgue for about a year, and I'm flabbergasted that not a single person could smell a body for 3 months. Especially keeping it in a ceiling. That should've been impossible to ignore that smell.

This is so sad. I remember watching a tru crime show where Crystal was begging for help from all levels. The problem was he took her to a different state out of spite because Crystal was getting her life together and she definitely would have regained custody. Ummmmm Crystal started this whole thing. She chose drugs over Harmony. Then there was two court dates same day - Crystal had ample notice to change one but chose not to. She also chose to go to her son's court date who was safe and getting adopted. She chose not to go to Harmony's court date knowing Harmony was not safe and going to her father. It took years for Crystal to supposedly "beg" for help yet she somehow gets a pass???! Then Crystal vows she'll search for the body in Spring yet she didn't search until summer. Now she has the audacity to sue everybody instead of take accountability and sue HERSELF. Had Crystal taken her job seriously (to be a mother!), none of this would've happened. Crystal failed Harmony first. It's absolutely disgusting how everybody is excusing her knowing all the bad choices she knowingly made. P.S.- I looked for Harmony SOONER and MORE than her mom did ....and I'm a stranger. Figure _that_ one out. And stop excusing Crystal.

Harmony brother adoptive fathers are the reason this was finally brought to light by them trying to find her to reunite with their son and THEY KEPT ASKING forced bio mom to actual say anything. !!
The brothers remembered what happened to her. They wanted to know where she went.

I’m sick and tired of children being tossed around like nothing. Damn it man. She must have been so confused and scared. My heart hurts today. I’m so sad.
I had an ex boyfriend who lived in this area of NH like 15-20 years ago. He spoke the same way as Adam, same accent and same exact ability to lie without giving any Fukks he would just deny everything and had the same mannerisms. He would treat me the same way this guy treated the cops…. So glad I am far away from him because this proves to me what a guy with that type of mentality will do

As a survivor of domestic violence,I say ...BULLSH*T!Yes we do stay for many reasons and yes one of them is fear,however the fear comes from him being able to harm you or the fear that if you put him in jail,he will get out.She knew if she told the police that he had killed this child,he would be locked up for a long time.She helped him cover it up for FEAR that he would go away.Protecting him from crimes he has done to you is one thing but this is way beyond that!

Why was a child left in the custody of two drug addicts. When they were evicted ftom the house, did the authorities know there were young children involved who now had no home? Why were the children not taken into care?

I watched the trial, and saw enough to not want to watch it all over again. It's a horrific story. 😥 RIP Harmony. 🙏 She got dealt a really bad hand. 😡

Exactly...if one or both truly get their lives together then leave it for a time. They need to prove for an extended period they are better and going to stay that way. They get returned too soon and this is the result.

I worked in a morgue for about a year, and I'm flabbergasted that not a single person could smell a body for 3 months. Especially keeping it in a ceiling. That should've been impossible to ignore that smell.

I have so much trouble remembering names and faces but I remembered sweet little Harmony's. So many people failed this poor baby, I hope they suffer with that.
This is so sad. I remember watching a tru crime show where Crystal was begging for help from all levels. The problem was he took her to a different state out of spite because Crystal was getting her life together and she definitely would have regained custody. Again another spiteful narcissistic maniac destroys lives because he is such a loser. I often wondered about this wee one and Summer too😢
Ummmmm Crystal started this whole thing. She chose drugs over Harmony. Then there was two court dates same day - Crystal had ample notice to change one but chose not to. She also chose to go to her son's court date who was safe and getting adopted. She chose not to go to Harmony's court date knowing Harmony was not safe and going to her father. It took years for Crystal to supposedly "beg" for help yet she somehow gets a pass???! Then Crystal vows she'll search for the body in Spring yet she didn't search until summer. Now she has the audacity to sue everybody instead of take accountability and sue HERSELF. Had Crystal taken her job seriously (to be a mother!), none of this would've happened.
Crystal failed Harmony first. It's absolutely disgusting how everybody is excusing her knowing all the bad choices she knowingly made. P.S.- I looked for Harmony SOONER and MORE than her mom did ....and I'm a stranger. Figure _that_ one out. And stop excusing Crystal.
I live in new Hampshire and i still pray for the family. It was heartbreaking. It still is.
It makes no sense to me why they will kick a family out of a house with no power because it's unfit for the children, they kick them out to go live out of a car. Because that's so much better...... This country needs some work done on how we do everything.

Adam loves to control situations, he needs to be in control. The fact that everything he does for the rest of his life he has to ask permission for & he is not in control of his own life anymore is wonderful. He killed her because she was sweet & innocent because she was nothing like him. People like Adam belong exactly where he is & far removed from society.
