It's a great restaurant and very famous. Last time we were in Krakow we had to wait about half an hour to get in, mind you it was in summer and Krakow was full of tourists. Cheers!😍😍😍

I’ve had a few of these 1 Litre pints in Zakopane their biggest disadvantage is the drink is quiet large and if you don’t drink quickly the beer will get warm.
my favorite dish is chicken liver fried with onion, but not the liver. Poultry liver should be salted after frying because if it is salted before frying, it will become hard. Your dish was missing that fried onion. Enjoy your meal .
Why they offer King Prawns on Tuesday is that seafood comes to Krakow from the Med on Thursday. So by Tuesday they want to get rid of them. If you want fresh seafood in Krakow, you order them on Thursday, since they've been caught 10-12 hours ago in the Med. Haven't been there for a few years. Nice to see the place hasn't changed a bit. Still busy, still huge portion that I couldn't ever eat.
I can't describe how fantastic of a city Krakow is. GED and Nina do their best every weekend and each video. But it's one of those places which is just so magical You feel the vibrancy of the weekend from thursday. It has a Christmas Eve feeling every week... And the peacefulness of the mid week is so special . All the local bars and restaurants cater to anyone .of any age ... You can be 50 in a bar dancing next to a 20 year old. It's all irrelevant.. Summer or winter it's the best city to visit. The weather's tailored nicely to each season Hot in the sun. Snow in the cold.... I'm sounding very odd I'm sure .I've been in the house for the past 12 days. Keep up the great videos you two.

@@planetkrakow lol. Any. . Singer. They dance on your table. Like a scene from dusk til dawn. Very lucky but also so close to many other beautiful cities , cheap means of getting there. There is a bus called flix bus and they go all over Europe for less than 10 euros. Per trip I'll keep my eyes posted to see if you visit.kyiv I've been to lviv previous and that's a stunning city very small but reminds me of krakow. It's also the place , the only place I've been cheaper than krakow lol.
The classical music is the second Waltze by Dmitry Shostakovich, a Russian musician of Polish origin. I think,your wife is russian and you live in Poland so this was just right for you ! greetings from France.
We have walked past that place so many times as did not see it. The food looked fantastic and can't get over the size of the schnitzel. Looked like a fab night especially with the music. Could not get over the prices. Are you going back for the King prawns.
This looks like such a fun place. The restroom is hilarious. Yum, kapusniak... you just can't go wrong with Polish soups. I also like someone else's recommendation in the comments regarding Pod Aniolami. I visited long time ago (2001), but it was such a lovely place in beautiful cellars. Krakow has so many beautiful restaurants/bars in gorgeous cellars. I wonder if you guys visited any of them. There is also an underground museum right under the market square!
We made a video about the underground museum. Haven't done many of the restaurants mainly because since they have been reopened it's been nice to sit outside. Did Chimera a few weeks ago, bit disappointed with that. But I feel to go visit Pod Aniolami and Pod Nosem - do the Pods 😀. And of course, there was C.K.Browar!

Thank you for the feedback. By time you come in the summer we should have visited a lot more places as we have still only touched the tip of the iceberg. Right now Golonkarnia was probably my fave and is one we will def go back to and it's definitely an experience. The tasting menu at Zalewajka was a standout too. And Hawelka for one on the square to sit outside. We have vids on all of these in the Great Polish Foods playlist. Watch this space! And I will add The Black Duck to the list now....

Niestety, część rodaków nawet w takich turystycznych miejscach wystawia nam fatalne świadectwo. Może buraczył już od samego wejścia, kto wie. Wystarczy grzecznie przypomnieć, że złożyło się zamówienie a nie wyskakiwać publicznie z takim słownictwem. Jedno jest pewne, takiego języka nie usłyszysz w restauracji gdzie piwo jest po 10 zł co dla turystów wciąż jest atrakcyjną ceną. Wstyd strasznie.

Let down tonight with both service and quality of food . Ordered soup starter and ribs main . Both came at same time . Poor choice on menu availability . No sweets unless it was ice cream , although as yet it’s not arrived although the coffee has . For somewhere that looks good on someone’s say so it’s poor service . Sorry Ged and Nina but not for us this Time . Regular visitors to krakow can find much better places as we have gone in the past
It's odd - we went to a place that's part of same group in Warsaw and it was great. But in our vid too we had problems with service and food results were mixed, but it remains a very popular place - we saw many locals there.
