    I shattered my wrist in March. Plates and screws in there since. I started back at the gym lifting in early December. There is some pain and some discomfort with certain lifts. Would these suggestions help with lessening the pain?

      Same here. I shattered my left wrist (Caput radii) about five or six years ago. Nice motorcycle accident. Plates and screws are still in place. My pain has gone, took probably two or three years. I have been following a similar exercise regime and still have slight discomfort and limited mobility in my wrist.
