Breakfast SPAMwich

This video is the making of an absolutely amazing breakfast "sandwich" (or SPAMwich). It is a fairly easy breakfast - especially if you choose to your frozen Hash Browns. I chose to do everything scratch made - so, it took a little longer. The only thing I would change is to either increase to 4 eggs, or add some milk to the scrambled eggs to make them run to the edge quicker.
