  • Reoccurring UTI’s?
⚠️Peeing immediately after sex and wiping front to back is essential!!
There are alternatives to regular antibiotics for recurrent urinary tract infections:
D-mannose is available over the counter at health food shops and pharmacies which has evidence to support that it reduces recurrence of UTIs. The waterfall brand I show in video comes in tablets, powder, sachets and melt in mouth. Also suitable for children.
Vaginal oestrogen. You all know I love vaginal estrogen because it can help with so many issues. Peri and post menopausal women could benefit greatly from using. Requires prescription from doctor.
Intravesical (meaning in to the bladder) iAluRil contains hyaluronic acid (HA) and chondroitin sulfate. It is syringed into the bladder and helps to restore the normal lining of the urinary tract. Painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis) can also be treated with this. You can be taught by a doctor or nurse how to administer it yourself. Requires a prescription.
Do you suffer from recurring UTIs? They can severely affect your quality of life as they are painful and uncomfortable. Make sure you don’t suffer in silence.
