Death perception is a situational best perk in the game. For outbreak it makes the game mode night and day better. The ability to see loot chests, crystals, etc through walls makes the initial build up of outbreak, that normally takes much longer, doable in half the time. The first four perks that I get in outbreak are 1) death perception, 2) stamina up, 3) mule kick, 4) Deadshot. I can honestly play with only those four perks and be absolutely fine
I agreed with most of your points but I do prefer quick healing in quick revive over jug, not only do I think it is theme fitting I also like the fact that it makes it more solo viable, I would take CW quick revive over any other quick revive
I found out PHD slide works while driving vehicles too. While Playing some Outbreak on Alpine map, I was zooming down one of the ski trails on the snowmobile and got some air on one of the ramps when “boom” got some purple exploding action when I landed. I was surprised and kept riding around the map doing jumps and gaining some air, so cool. I tried leaping off the extremely tall radar masts on Duma? but I died. 1 and 2 story houses seem safe to jump off as well as interior stairs, but you do take small amounts of damage. Used M79 launcher during an exfil and that worked out fine.
Tombstone is 100% useless if you have quick revive or a self revive. It’s useless to go from 10 perks to fucking 3. It has 0 use. I almost never buy it just because if I do end up dying, which Tombstone doesn’t help me not do, I’m going to lose all my perks to begin with. If you want Tombstone to be useful, make it keep a majority, maybe 60%, of your perks instead of 30% of them.
Tombstone is trash because tier 4 and 5 were wasted slots. Should have been tombstone becomes free and get all perks back when reviving yourself and picking up your tombstone.
my personal ranking: 1. Quick revive - Fast regeneration, fast revives in co-op needed in high rounds when zombies are sprinting, infinite lives (if you have good pistol/ray gun) 2. Staminup - is a must on high rounds to outrun super sprinters and makes getting around the map a lot easier and better 3. Deadshot daiquiri - gives such a big bonus in critical and overall damage, makes fully auto guns to a lot more damage and helps with getting higher points from headshot bonus 4. Speed cola - Extra reload speed and being able to sprint while reloading is helpful and in my opinion a must on high rounds against super sprinters and boss fights, faster field upgrade recharge is a nice bonus 5. Juggernog - Extra health helps a lot, getting to only 1 health instead of dying on a heavy hit saves you a lot and the extra armour is helpful 6. PHD Slider - The sliding distance and speed is an amazing way to get around the map and no self explosive damage and the explosions from falling and sliding into zombies are a nice bonuses 7. Elemental Pop - The electric cherry effect is great and saves you quite a bit, being able to have the chance to activate any alternate ammo type is great and being able to have those ammo types activated while using wonder weapons is amazing 8. Death perception - Increased salvage is amazing and helps you set up faster on lower rounds and helps you craft more things on higher rounds, extra armour penetration is good and being able to see zombies through walls is a nice bonus 9. Mule Kick - Being able to hold a third weapon is good but my personal favourite part of this perk is how regular zombies occasionally drop ammo which is convenient (although you can just buy more ammo for any weapon, but this saves you from having to go out of your way to buy it) and having the chance to craft an extra equipment and the chance to not lose the equipment after use are nice bonuses 10. Tombstone - Is only use full if you die on a low round or if there aren’t a lot of zombies, can be a nice way to save yourself sometimes but while you are alive it does nothing for you, no perk decay is an ok bonus but doesn’t do too much
Mule kick was complete trash till they added the feature when you lose it you purchase again & get your triple (or whatever) pack gun back. Still last place for me but finally it's not a burden. Jug forever #1
Mule kick is amazing. I mean.. to be more accurate 1/5 of mule kick is amazing. The ammo drops are great and nowhere is that better seen than with the cerberus on mauer (mule kicks launch map). They immediately showed why it was worth a purchase
Staminup is always my first perk, then Jug, then Quick Revive. Everything after that is just whatever. The reason is forward thinking that if I go down, these are the 3 that I keep when I get up again, as these are the ones that will keep you alive longest at higher rounds
Quick Revive should definitely be higher, that's an essential perk to have. I think Death Perception is useful but should be lower down, I don't feel like it adds loads neither does PHD slider. I don't think PHD is number 1 by any means.
Dead shot should be number 1. It’s the only perk that actually increases your damage, other than the armor damage from death perception. It allows guns to 1 shot headshot at health cap, and nothing else can do that
Here is the thing with the current tombstone soda If this perk with it's current abilities existed in previous zombies titles it would be good The problem here is that CW zombies is super easy which makes this perk useless

You I agree with 99% of the time
I dont think Juggernog should be at the bottom, actually is my GO TO PERK, Jugger and Stamin. No matter what, zombies will become stronger, and in the time of need that extra health will COMPENSATE. DEFENSE > ATTACK.
@@TotallyTheExpert I find the tier 5 where if you kill a zombie while downed you get revived more helpful. It's a free self revive basically. It's just a better tombstone😂

10. Tombstone- Quick Revive Tier 5 beats this plus they did my boy Who’s Who dirty. 9. Mule Kick- I don’t really find myself really needing a third gun so when I buy this I don’t get a gun. The extra equipment and ammo is the best part. 8. Elemental Pop- Can be really helpful but I useful buy this very late. Plus the electric cherry reload is very nice. 7. Death Perception- Like Mule Kick, I don’t really use it for its main ability but for its side ability. More salvage is a much need 6. Speed Cola- Kinda sad it’s not top 5 for me because it’s such a good perk in other games, but for here its feels very nerfed. I know it’s because of fast mags but it be faster for guns without it or low reload times. Still good tho just not great. 5.Deadshot Daiquiri- Very surprised with this perk, it’s accuracy and hip fire is very strong. Also really good with points as it goes for headshots. 4. Quick Revive- Is a lifesaver honestly, Just being able to get off of red screen faster. Also I mentioned this in Tombstone but that tier 5 is just something else 3. Stamin Up- Very Very helpful for training and for getting around the map 2. Jugger Nog- Very simple it’s just the extra health is very helpful, the only reason it’s not number 1 is because armor exists. 1. PHD Slider- Just OP, amazing movement and the ultimate “get the fuck out of my way”. The falling with it is great as well

Really the best perks depend on what zombies mode you play mostly. For people the only play round based maps, perks like jugg, speed cola, and staminup will be more important because the objective is just to survive. People that play outbreak more will find staminup, flopper, and death perception more important because traversing the map and seeing chests through walls. Deadshot is universally one of the best perks in any game mode tho, it’s really what it should’ve been in the older black ops zombies
For me the best 4 Perks are Jugger-Nog, Quick Revive, PHD Slider and Tombstone. And the best part is if I get Downed and I have Tombstone I get to keep 3 perks which is usually Jugger-Nog, Quick Revive and PHD Slider cause like Tombstone, they are my main perks.
Your list is FLAWED bigtime bro. The only one you got right was Tombstone. 😂 This is my list based on progressing through levels in Outbreak. You CANNOT survive high rounds without Juggernog or Stamina, especially when the zombies start sprinting. Let's see you make it to Round 12+ in outbreak without Jugg. Post it. 😂 I can show Rd. 12 without Mule Kick. 1-Juggernog 2-Speed Cold 3-Quick Revive 4-Dead Shot 5-Stamina 6-PhD 7. Death Perception 8-Mule Kick 9-Tombstone Who's list do you think is more crucial? Like if you agree
I feel you got the slider and stamina backwards I say this because being able to evade is always the first priority high round you can’t let’s say you go down round 90 or 100 and your not getting picked up you have no self revive as and your teammate has no healing aura so you die you had tombstone and you have to get to it fast all you have is 2500 essence for some reason you just spent it packing up your friends gun real fast or you blew threw points on the box the round before in an attempt to get a wonder weapon or something your interested in leveling up but you spawn in and your next to a the fizz or stamina your not going to run to your tombstone and live and your not gonna grab PHD your gonna grab the stamina you have to or your getting your ass eaten and beaten them high rounds you know it if you can’t get in to (A) a glitch or (B) a hold out location you and your partner are capable of holding or (C) run and build up a ground and take them threw a hallway or around a corner to take their heads off, your gonna die it’s as simple as that, In all reality you got it all wrong the most Important perks high rounds over all are A: stamina B: quick revive C: PHD D: jug E: dead shot F: death perception G: slight of hand H: mule kick I: tombstone J: elemental pop that’s the true order based off of the fact that this is the order you want to buy your perks high round in cases you don’t have enough to grab them all this order will 9-10 times will keep you alive. 🎉 truth is early rounds yeah you can worry about em in the order your talkin but it’s bad a bad habit trust me
speed cola is way worse than elemental pop and jugg. 30% reload quickness is too slow compared to previous titles where it's 50%. Jugg gives you health and damage resistance, EP gives you electric cherry and elemental damage against specials and elites, and Speed just gives you gung-ho and building barriers faster. You're tweaking if you think speed has any merits over the other two.
i feel like speed cola should be much lower on the list, when do you ever use the fire while sprinting feature? tombstone is utter garbage in every single situation, if you go down before you get enough salvage to rebuy your self revive, its better to quit anyway :P when i started this game, i thought tombstone would allow you to keep all perks when you go down (only once) but it doesnt even do that. its like a bad version of self revive (for solo players) i also dont think phd slider deserves as much credit as you give it, sure its nice to have, and amazing for getting into glitch spots, but it doesnt have much use besides that, specially because grenades dont do a lot of dmg to the player anyway in this game. i think mule kick deserves the top spot, the ammo you get dropped from zombies makes worrying about ammo a non-issue, and since grenades are so strong in this game, mule kick takes the cake in my opinion. i agree with pretty much everything else
I can’t tell you how irritating it is to have Elemental Pop activate while I’m doing the Dragon Relic world event and have a zombie get brain rotted. Normally brain rot is extremely useful. Except when doing this damn world event because for some stupid reason, Treyarch decided that kills done by a zombie under brain rot’s control inside of the circle don’t count toward filling up the Dragon Relic’s meter.
You lost me at elemental pop... the electric cherry saves me a lot. Juggernog doesn't even belong on this list because its absolutely necessary at all times. I can get by easily with jug, deadshot, stamin up and elemental pop. PHD slider is the icing on the cake. Everything else is just for fluff.
Quick revert be tier 5 is so bad without a raygun, when you go down all you get in a level 1 pack a punch 1911. Early game it's good but high rounds it's trash. I have once managed to get a war machine while down tho
it is kinda true jug is kinda not needs as long as u if u have skill and dodge and weave also speed they obviously nerfed it because u know in black ops 3 u can reload faster than reverse flash in Cold War it’s just slow
Thinking back, I come to realize that Jug hasn’t been my first purchase since I’ve gotten all the perks to tier 3 before tiers 4 and 5 were added. I think maybe it was the end of Die Maschine actually, which is crazy considering how it was always my first from BO3 and prior
I like death perception having that extra salvage makes a big difference.
Funny how a BO4 perk was that useful.

change my mind
If you told someone in 2016 this list they'd think ur insane. Crazy how times have changed in zombies (unfortunately for the worse)
They’d still think you’re insane
i disagree, phd is not nearly that good. but to each their own.
Not saying that ur tier list is wrong but like why u gotta do jug like that man
The armour penetration barely helps. There's a difference between armour damage and penetration. 25% penetration on death perception is negligible
I know when I tested it basically seemed useless.
I wish that quick revive, instead of making you regen health faster, it shortened the time until you start regenerating health
…that’s literally what it does
I found out PHD slide works while driving vehicles too.
You gotta have Stamin up and PhD together if you dont wanna take fall damage
Thanks Devyn. Didn’t think of that.
I miss Double Tap so badly
Same 😔
my personal ranking:
1. Quick revive - Fast regeneration, fast revives in co-op needed in high rounds when zombies are sprinting, infinite lives (if you have good pistol/ray gun)
2. Staminup - is a must on high rounds to outrun super sprinters and makes getting around the map a lot easier and better
3. Deadshot daiquiri - gives such a big bonus in critical and overall damage, makes fully auto guns to a lot more damage and helps with getting higher points from headshot bonus
4. Speed cola - Extra reload speed and being able to sprint while reloading is helpful and in my opinion a must on high rounds against super sprinters and boss fights, faster field upgrade recharge is a nice bonus
5. Juggernog - Extra health helps a lot, getting to only 1 health instead of dying on a heavy hit saves you a lot and the extra armour is helpful
6. PHD Slider - The sliding distance and speed is an amazing way to get around the map and no self explosive damage and the explosions from falling and sliding into zombies are a nice bonuses
7. Elemental Pop - The electric cherry effect is great and saves you quite a bit, being able to have the chance to activate any alternate ammo type is great and being able to have those ammo types activated while using wonder weapons is amazing
8. Death perception - Increased salvage is amazing and helps you set up faster on lower rounds and helps you craft more things on higher rounds, extra armour penetration is good and being able to see zombies through walls is a nice bonus
9. Mule Kick - Being able to hold a third weapon is good but my personal favourite part of this perk is how regular zombies occasionally drop ammo which is convenient (although you can just buy more ammo for any weapon, but this saves you from having to go out of your way to buy it) and having the chance to craft an extra equipment and the chance to not lose the equipment after use are nice bonuses
10. Tombstone - Is only use full if you die on a low round or if there aren’t a lot of zombies, can be a nice way to save yourself sometimes but while you are alive it does nothing for you, no perk decay is an ok bonus but doesn’t do too much
This is the worst perk ranking I've ever seen omg why is death perception so high up ? And just or quick revive should be 1 wtf
The thing about tombstone V is it doesn’t work the perk decay doesn’t work for me and I still lose more than I should.
Same
@@acebrawler2000 it's about the decay on the perks when you go down isn't that op if you can keep all of your perks. Did you really expect that?
Dead shot is my favourite I miss tap Soo much but it only love deadshot Soo much more because of it
Jug is interesting bc it’s really good early game but late game it becomes less necessary
I’ll get dead shot first when I’m on controller cause it’s like aim bot
So true, hope that mule kick, deadshot, and elemental pop help you on round 30+ when you go down lmao
mule kick is my third.. is so underrated perk
I honestly would of gave it a tie between PhD and stamin up, they are literally the only two perks you NEED
What are u on
I really wished that they added double tap into Cold War and what they could do with the Arthur crystal upgrades could have been amazing
QUESTION-- i have never NOT lost over half my perks, when i have tombstone fully leveled out.
EVER.. wtf ??? anyone else have any issue ??
Quick Revive should definitely be higher, that's an essential perk to have. I think Death Perception is useful but should be lower down, I don't feel like it adds loads neither does PHD slider. I don't think PHD is number 1 by any means.
Yeah
Mule kick is terrible on ps4 I can’t count how many times accidentally switching to a 3rd weapon has ended my run
agreed its almost like u need aether shroud in the high rounds
I feel like the ability to reload your other guns over time shoulda been with speed cola
Tombstone V:"Prevent perk decay "
Me: Goes down and looses all but 3 perks
Tombstone is trash. And always has been
Without jug you would all go down all the time
Dead shot should be number 1. It’s the only perk that actually increases your damage, other than the armor damage from death perception. It allows guns to 1 shot headshot at health cap, and nothing else can do that
Here is the thing with the current tombstone soda
If this perk with it's current abilities existed in previous zombies titles it would be good
The problem here is that CW zombies is super easy which makes this perk useless
Great list! Spot on. I like your content because I def feel like you don't say things you know ppl want to hear, you say exactly what's on your mind and I like your thought processes. I think it makes u stand apart from the rest. I've thought about making my own zombie videos just cause I think differently than most of the zombies "tubers" but you... You I agree with 99% of the time
I dont think Juggernog should be at the bottom, actually is my GO TO PERK, Jugger and Stamin. No matter what, zombies will become stronger, and in the time of need that extra health will COMPENSATE. DEFENSE > ATTACK.
My top 3 are probably staminup, jug, and either quick revive or speed cola
Gotta be quick revive, that health regen is necessary as you get further
Definitely agree
@@TotallyTheExpert I find the tier 5 where if you kill a zombie while downed you get revived more helpful. It's a free self revive basically. It's just a better tombstone😂
@@thymerhemann3230 the downside is that you lose quick revive, but the ability to keep you from going down is OBJECTIVELY better than the one you use when you're already down. There's a reason people hate tombstone
@@TotallyTheExpert cap. It's not objective, it's subjective. That's like saying that crafting a war machine is better than crafting a self revive.
More salvage is a much need
Also I mentioned this in Tombstone but that tier 5 is just something else
3. Stamin Up- Very Very helpful for training and for getting around the map
2. Jugger Nog- Very simple it’s just the extra health is very helpful, the only reason it’s not number 1 is because armor exists.
1. PHD Slider- Just OP, amazing movement and the ultimate “get the fuck out of my way”. The falling with it is great as well
Quick revive needs to be higher
Agreed
10. Tombstone
9. Deaths perception
8. Deadshot daiquiri (I play km)
7. Elemental pop.
6. Mule kick
5. PhD Slider
4. Speed Cola
3. Juggernog
2. Stamin-up
1. QUICK REVIVE
Best list
@@ShadarThePcBuilder :)
Wtf is KM? Dead shot is definitely one of the best perks in this game… but other than that I agree with your list.
@@mando7323 keyboard and mouse. It hardly does anything for us. Slightly better hip fire and more headshot damage, which is helpful but it can wait until perk 7-10
bro jugger nog is #1
hey we dont know each other but i hope ur doing well and I wanna say that GOD still loves u and wants u to be with him all u must do is trust in Jesus (dying for our sins on the cross) and repent of ur sins. GOD loves u more than u can imagine.🎉❤🎉😊😊😊😊
The last time I bought Tombstone was in season 4 . Last time I played outbreak too lol
Hella Clean boss fight
great mini gun use, my dumb ass brought a war machine my first time 💀
Really the best perks depend on what zombies mode you play mostly.
I would say my top 3 are #1 Deadshot, #2 Quick Revive, and #3 Stamin Up. PhD Death Perception are not too far behind.
Outbreak:
Stamin-up
Quick Revive
Death Perception
Deadshot
Elemental Pop
Speed Cola
PHD Slider
Jugger-nog
Mule Kick
Tombstone
Lists like this are obviously subjective, that being said I have to agree 100 percent with the order. Great content brother.
This is my list based on progressing through levels in Outbreak. You CANNOT survive high rounds without Juggernog or Stamina, especially when the zombies start sprinting.
Let's see you make it to Round 12+ in outbreak without Jugg. Post it. 😂
I can show Rd. 12 without Mule Kick.
1-Juggernog
2-Speed Cold
3-Quick Revive
4-Dead Shot
5-Stamina
6-PhD
7. Death Perception
8-Mule Kick
9-Tombstone
Who's list do you think is more crucial?
1.jug
2. staminup
3.phd
4. quick revive
5. elemental pop
6. speed cola
7. dead shot
8. mule kick
9. death perception
10. thombstone
1. Stamin-up
2. Juggernog
3. Quick Revive
4. Speed Cola
5. Death Perception
6. PHD Slider
7. Deadshot Daquiri
8. Elemental Pop
9. Mule Kick
1. Jug
2. Quick Revive
3. Stamin up
4. Elemental Pop
5. Speed Cola
6. Deadshot
7. PHD slider
8. Death Preception
I don't buy mule kick and Tombstone
My list
1=best
1:jug
2 speed cola
3:quick revive
4: dead shot (controller)
5:death perception
6:phd
7:mule kick
8:tombstone
9: elemental pop
Quick revert be tier 5 is so bad without a raygun, when you go down all you get in a level 1 pack a punch 1911. Early game it's good but high rounds it's trash. I have once managed to get a war machine while down tho
Staminup is the 1st perk I get... specially in outbreak, I literally end every zombie game, where I accidentally pick up elemental pop!
it is kinda true jug is kinda not needs as long as u if u have skill and dodge and weave also speed they obviously nerfed it because u know in black ops 3 u can reload faster than reverse flash in Cold War it’s just slow
This list would look so wack on literally any other game
Apparently in MW3 Zombies we'll be getting classic PHD Flopper since Dolphin Diving is back.
If you have quick revive max upgraded tombstone is useless because you lose both perks when you go down
Elemental pop saves my life reloading daily maxed out that is
Rule of Tombstone; If you can trust your team/have revives don't use Tomestone.
If you don't, Tomestone.
Thinking back, I come to realize that Jug hasn’t been my first purchase since I’ve gotten all the perks to tier 3 before tiers 4 and 5 were added. I think maybe it was the end of Die Maschine actually, which is crazy considering how it was always my first from BO3 and prior
When playing with loadout guns i always buy deadshot and then jug
With the more wide open map design, armor and loadout guns Cold War is definitely easier in the earlier rounds without Jugg than past games.
so ir telling me the first 5 perks u buy are phd, staming up, Mule kick, deadshot and death perception, this has to be a joke
Stamin up is my favourite perk in most games except BO3 where Widows Wine gets 1st place
My favorites are dead shot and PHD and Elemental pop is my least favorite. And tombstone is jus not the move
Used tombstone instead of a self revive thinking it would be better. BIG mistake, died on wave 65.
nobody understand the mechanics behind elemental pop ... and everybody say ist useless. But its not
