This ride has an amazing design, i didn’t expect the upward slopes to pull up the raft so quickly!! So much fun, feels like an actual rollercoaster when it grips the raft upwards!
Honestly it made me wonder why actual coaters don't use magnets for the lifts. Would go up much quicker
Volcano bay looks like easily one of best, if not the best water parks in the world
I’m going there tmmr and I’m staying at volcano bays hotel and it’s right next to the water park and u can see the volcano from ur room and I’m sooo exited

Yes this is the great ride Ik u don’t care but me and my friend almost broke the world record for the most time ridden on that ride, we rode it 14 times and the record was 18

I went to volcano bay and it was AMAZING that ride is scary in real life but fun the last drop is the scariest

Just rode it today and it was so fast and fun 😂 So many drops inside that I didn’t expect. My ride photo with my cousins was so funny too but it’s worth it! Definitely worth the wait

I was pregnant the first time going to Volcano Bay and I still had fun time despite not being able to go to most rides. Im excited to go next month with my whole family and try these rides out!

The Krakatau Aqua Coaster is my personal favorite ride at Volcano Bay. I could see it from the Cabana Bay Resort I stayed at (a really good one you get early park admission and shuttles too) and I saw the Volcano explode with water lighted red from the hotel also. (At night it looks really cool)

We were there this past Saturday. So much fun. The water coaster and the Fearless River were sick. Not too crowded. Highly recommend.

One of my favorites!! I went the first time when I was pretty little and I’m the youngest in my family so I got to go in the front and it was amazing!!

Wish I could have rode this on my trip to Volcano Bay but it was booked for the whole day. I went to the line at 12pm and they said unless I had reserved online I wouldn’t be able to ride it. So definitely reserve a spot online!!

I got stuck in line for 1/2 hour because some people overweighted and got stuck on one of the climbs but it was worth it I went once with my mom and once with my dad

I went to this water park for my birthday, the line for this one isn’t that long and it cools you off on a hot day
I just went last week for our Florida family vacation but had to leave cause we got rained on. I’m so pissed I didn’t get to get on this. Maybe next year....

We have yearly pass for aquatica but want to try out volcano bay bad. Water parks are the best especially since were getting heat advisories here in Florida everyday.

I am not a watet park type of guy st all, but that looks fun as hell and this would be one of the rare water rides I actually would go on. I stay away from them because I do not think they are safe. But this one, I would bend that rule on
phoenixmagi2, none of them are really dangerous, as long as you follow the rules, but I’d guess that this is more dangerous than most other water slides.
Grimace the Menace Thank God the Schlitterbahn ride (Verruckt) is closed. I'm surprised that park is even still open, to be honest. Back in April, they did arrest the designer of the slide and charged him second degree murder, among other charges.
I was on a tube ride at a beachside water park, and was approaching a sharp turn where the wall only went halfway up, I panicked and I'm not sure if I rolled off or just went so far up the wall I fell off. Slid down most of the ride on my bare back and had terrible burns. Next year I went to a park and I was just in panic mode about falling off. So they aren't fun for me anymore. I will still do river raft and log flume (which this is basically), but haven't been to a water park in about 6 years.
Think about it this way: you can have an accident anywhere, including your bathtub. Even more so consider that Disney and Universal in particular are very mindful of safety and cautious with the designs. Things can go wrong anywhere but these large brands work to minimize that to tiny chances as any lawsuit or bad publicity will hurt their business.
Volcano Bay, Blizzard Beach, and Typhon Lagoon are not Action Park. ;)
I know, the odds of getting hurt or even better, falling off the side is so, so rare, that's the LAST thing you have to worry about. I think they test them before they open the park, hello??@@MegaRayland

This ride is so awesome! I’m a big thrill seeker when it comes to water rides, so I figured that this would be a good one, but the wait times are ridiculous. I had to wait 115 minutes and it would always go so slowly. I believe it was worth it though. I went on it with my friend too (who is a big chicken) and she loved it! One of the best rides there I would say!
Ava’s World you waited 115 minutes for krakatau? I've never heard of anyone having to wait more than 20 or 30. I was just there yesterday and with the canoe taking 4 people at a time and them being on a constant moving conveyor belt, you never really have to wait that long. Plus with the park wide virtual line queue you dont have to be in line to hold your spot, you can wait until you see the line die down to go in

Ava’s World I think the other guy thought you waited in line for 115 mins. If your smart you could ride it with no line or like a 15 min wait if you get there when the park opens. For the first 2 hours of the park opening the line never went above 50 minutes
Ethan Nicoletti I live 2 hours from Orlando and usually leave for theme/water parks at around 8 am. I also did it at the end of the day as my last ride.

Can someone ride this solo? This looks amazing. I'm not sure why more water parks don't have these. I have been on the one in San Antonio.
Sorry I am late but no you cannot ride this solo because you would be too light and you need at least 2 people to have enough weight to ride and I think the weight limit is 750
