We call the "gopher guy" the "glue man". He is the guy that holds everything together and is checking constantly for cracks/breaks.

I want to commend the Larson farming operation for simply getting it done. You folks just flat go after it. Watching these planting videos shows a group of dedicated farmers just flat doing all they can do to get seed in the ground. No ifs ands or buts, everyone is full throttle doing whatever needs doing to get seed in the ground. Wow.
Now you can see why the Larson farming operation is one of the best in the country.

The December 31st 1969 thing is caused by a date field not having a value. Sometimes dates are stored as the number of seconds since Janruary 1st, 1970 UTC time, so a value of 0 would be December 31st, 1969 6pm if your timezone is UTC -6.
Yep, looks like good old UNIX epoch time. One of the only times Dougo had a problem that I actually knew what was happening at a glance.

I think I would have tried to tip the bin on its side and then try to slide/wiggle out the smaller half.

I don't know if anybody else mentioned this, but what if you tip the tote on its side in it's collapsed form and basically pull the bottom section out of the top section and then flip it back down on its base? I'm not sure how heavy those totes are and if you can do it one man tipping it up, a shout out to the B.S. I bet you he could do it. That should make for some fun video once plannings done, get three collapsed totes in the big shop with some good lighting and have a friendly competition between the young guys there to see you can do it faster.

Chet - operations manager is good description. it's the job i was taught that the manager/boss should always do. That way you can keep on eye on everything that is going on. You are suffering with to much rain. - others have no rain = farming in the big wide world!!

The Field General is the one that oversees the battles and facilitates resources, so that's what I pick given the fact that private Gomer Pyle was already taken.
