E ainda digo mais, é consenso entre técnicos avançados de tenis que a empunhadura Eastern, essa sim, é a mais propensa a gerar lesões, visto que se trata de uma empunhadura antiquada e atrasada no tênis atual. Para completar, full western é um mito, nenhum profissional joga com isso. O máximo que vemos é a western, que é usada por tenistas como: Bellucci, jack sock, taylor fritz e philip kohlschreiber.
