you doin right ma frend, i'm a brazilian, try next time, seasoning the chicken hearts with smashed garlic, and oregano, and prove yourself the taste, and a tip, do a "vinagrete" to eat with your meat, (its made by onions, tomatoes, and green, yellow, or red peppers, sliced in small cubes, in vinegar and olive oil with salt, its delicious! And God bless you and your family, like a lot of your videos!
Nah it’s called seasoning to taste that’s what he likes on his protein so if that’s what’s good for him then why even add a tip just be thankful for the content and I’m sure he knows what seasoning he need bro
A silent fan and your videos inspired me to be more confident and not be afraid of failing. I have basic knowledge and skill when it comes to cooking but I love cooking for family and friends and so your videos are truly beautiful and real. Love watching all of them and your beautiful family. Kudos!
Seeing this puts a huge smile on my face. I dont have a close family environment like yours, and seeing you do what you do even if its only for laughs or for videos is always inspiring.
I love how he kept asking his mom n mother-in-law "Mashisoyo?" so they feel obligated to say "It's very delicious" for the video 😂😂😂. Perfect family meal, everyone is enjoying it despite the bloopers. You always go all out to serve your family, I find that admirable n heartwarming. Don't forget to sit down n eat too
Good job brother 👍🙆🏻♂️ Taking the risk of making something new and sharing it with your family and all of us out here in You tube world is a confirmation of a man with big balls . I got a lot of respect for you.
Too close to the fire you seared the meat quick but it was still raw inside, you should move the meat far away from the burning coals and let cook in indirect heat when its a small bbq grill like that, or have grill grates in different heights, but, thank you for bringing our brazilian culture in this channel.
Real families showing that even though you're busting your butt cooking it all alone they will still complain about what wasn't perfect 😂. If my family member did this I would be so happy and grateful thank you for making the effort!
Love your content. My friend said you're making all the men look bad by setting the bar too high lol 😂. Please make a video on michelin experience at home, like Per Se or Le Bernardin level
Really cool. Great job man. Id love to try doing the sirlion, lamb & pineapple. I have a rotisserie on my bbq do you think it would work if i did lamb and sirlion. Or are they differnt temp/ cooktime. If i could do themnone spit then bair pineapplr and finish on the grill. We also do lobster on mewyears my wife and i
The expectation on the elder grandmother was something else. She expected nothing but 5 star dining and felt like she was disappointed of anything less 😮
Man I was expecting a super nice expensive grill and it’s the same bbq I use when I go camping lol. Food looked awesome though. I love a super rare piece of steak.
While they get their men to make them fancy food I literally just want a comfortable space and a hot bath ❗️❗️I have suffered so much and never stopped working .. I show up everyday regardless of how I feel .. I don’t want no man around me I just need well deserved rest and a hot bath 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Idk why… but when you do stuff like this, it feels like you’re playing pretend 😂 it comes across as playful make believe in videos… but then I remember you’re a legit cook. Makes it all so much funnier; I can’t describe it fully.
My blood pressure went up just watching all that salt being put on the meat. I stopped using salt a few years ago (except for any already prepared food I might buy that has been pre-salted). It takes a week and few days maybe once you stop using salt for the natural flavors of the foods to come out -- that's when you discover everything tastes better without salt. I don't use ground pepper either. I use dried, ground, or fresh chile peppers for anything that needs hotness and otherwise I tend to use basil, oregano, and paprika in adding some alternative flavor to beef or chicken.
I like how you show your fails too it makes me feel better about my cooking man i forget sometimes were not all perfect
I agree, and no one is, some just pretend to be.
So hard to get the center right. My family hates pink meat, which makes thicker cuts extra hard to get right.
You guys are the most organic and real feeling family/youtube channel and i love watching all your videos! Keep it up!
Mad respect for having such a good relationship with your mom, in-law and wife under one roof
I like the family members all participate to play with the real tea party,so warm 💕

Do you 1 better brother. Use light oil as a binder and season to taste. Throw in an oven at 225 until internal is 110-117 degrees. Then to the grill
This is absolutely adorable, this family is truly amazing. I would do this for my family if I had 1
You’re awesome! The care and love you put into preparing and serving a meal to your family is absolutely beautiful🏆

귀엽누? 혼자서 왔다갔다 바쁘넿ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 끝까지 존댓말로 컨셉 잘 유지하는거 아주 귀엽네요 ㅎ

Is that a tip jar? Lol, nice
Strogonoff is ao white. You need some ketchup and mustard to make it real 😂❤ pão de queijo ❤❤
Well done for taking care of your family like that!
I love this guy
Aw its cute even his mom uses the honorifics when speaking to her son
Could I be your guest every day? PLEASE!!!
Jus a tip for picańa put it in the oven till it gets up to before done. Then take it out to the grill and roast it. Works for thick cut steaks too.
I'm totally trying this
Well done.
The expectation on the elder grandmother was something else. She expected nothing but 5 star dining and felt like she was disappointed of anything less 😮
This guy is the living embodiment of: We got food at home.
I am coming over next week ❤
Man I was expecting a super nice expensive grill and it’s the same bbq I use when I go camping lol. Food looked awesome though. I love a super rare piece of steak.
y need fancy when they all can do the same?
I believe it needs to be on charcoal if its Brazillian churrascurio. A lot of those monster grills are gas.
Love it!
The tip jar! 😂
Bruh.. dat shit look bomb af!!!
Did I see Okinomiyaki??😮
While they get their men to make them fancy food I literally just want a comfortable space and a hot bath ❗️❗️I have suffered so much and never stopped working .. I show up everyday regardless of how I feel .. I don’t want no man around me I just need well deserved rest and a hot bath 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Love the tip jar, way to pad it with dollar bills!
Experimente assar a carne na brasa do carvão, não na chama. Demora mas é o correto e mais saboroso.
Brazilian food is good and cool just pricey it can be
Next time spray some oil on the muffin pan so that the pão de queijo doesn't stick to the pan.
Yummy 🤤 your family is the best for cooking
I don’t know what it is but Asians are so damn adorable.
Wo! If the title is without the BBQ. I thought he gets it all waxed downstairs!
Those exact pink 집게s are such a staple in Korean households (mine included) but they're such a pain to wash
Idk why… but when you do stuff like this, it feels like you’re playing pretend 😂 it comes across as playful make believe in videos… but then I remember you’re a legit cook. Makes it all so much funnier; I can’t describe it fully.
Authentic. Koreans not even using kitchen shears.
Very well done but churrasco isnt served like that, only when you go in restaurants or you have a lot of people to serve. Besides that great job.
Your mom and her friend (sibling?) are unfiltered! "I don't want to eat this (sausage)"
Respect 🫡
Palm trick!

We have food at home
He’s kids are gonna be lucky
after switching to using thermometer for steaks I’ve never under or over cooked any meat ever again
What happens to all the leftover food ?
Good
Bro please buy a food thermometer. You simultaneously overcooked and undercooked the meat. Also made a lot of extra trips cuz it wasn’t cooked
He will never have ice on his patio
Is he a chef???
This is so funny
3:41 raw af -_-
Wow that 1st steak was raw. I think I heard it moo when he cut into it
Should be cooked rotisserie to be accurate. It would also give you a better cook
👍🏽❤️👍🏽❤️👍🏽❤️👍🏽
