how do you stop your kimchi from going fizzy?
bemyvforever what do you mean by frizzy? Like mold & spoiled? The process of kimchi fermentation is that, after you completely finished making it. You let it sit outside the fridge for 24 hours, after one whole day, you keep it refrigerated. You get to only keep the kimchi for about a month. The longer it sits in the fridge during the month shelf in the fridge, the more fermented it gets (sour).
Eye I'm Australian

Can we for a minute appreciate such art? I'm truly impressed by this.
